The cup of Joe it has come to far from the 1990 when I figured out what that mean. Today I visited Kobros Coffee at 21 st and WOW, I have to say. I had a great expirence. The place is small and sweet. Few tables and few chairs but the people that work there made it big and bright with their amazing service. I had cup of Cortado and it even come with a little heart 💕 on top...made me smile. The taste reminded me Europe for a second right in the middle of Norfolk. The place is new but the service is great. The scones are soft and tasty and goes well woth coffe that I choose. I know that if you visit you will enjoy it. Local hidden place . You need to check it out to see what I seen and to experience...

I recently visited Kobro's and they served the most delicious craft latte I've ever tasted! The barista was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different flavor profiles of the various roasts they had available. I decided to try a specialty latte and was blown away by the unique and complex flavors. The latte was perfectly balanced and had a smooth, creamy texture.

In addition to the excellent drinks, the atmosphere of the shop was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for high-quality craft lattes and excellent customer service. Five...

Kobros Coffee is the type of shop that you drive across the city to get to because of the quality of the drinks and the artistic vibe. The owners are identical twin brothers and they work so hard to produce great drinks and create genuine community. Craft lattes are excellent, bagged coffee is great (different roast most weeks and can be shipped anywhere). You have to experience their annual Blue Lips and Drip into the Atlantic it’s wild. Best coffee shop in Norfolk for sure.

Updating my review to add that the pistachio toast in the Merry Widow popup was fantastic and definitely brought the SF Trouble Coffee vibe to the east coast! The vibe at Kobros...

This story starts with our local Orangetheory. If you competed their most recent Dri-Tri, you could show your medal at Kobros and receive a free cold brew. I went in, and I was greeted immediately by a friendly smile. The baristas were busy, but I still felt welcome—I didn’t get the “Don’t bother me; I’m busy” vibe that I get at some establishments. The barista was so welcoming, and he even threw in some oat milk and their seasonal brown maple sugar syrup. It was DELICIOUS! I was feeling drowsy, but this drink perked me right back up. I will definitely be coming back for more coffee and telling everyone about how awesome they are!
