Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norfolk

Came in to pick up a carry out order. I stood waiting for 10 minutes to be assisted. Had two staff look at me and pass by me multiple times. Nobody told me they’d be with me in a short while, nobody said anything to me. After 10 minutes of waiting, I attempted to stop somebody. She ignored me, went to the back and then another individual came out and helped me.

During the time I was waiting for my pizza I watched one table get up and walk out. I suspect they were waiting for quite a long time. When the server came out to bring their solids, several people in the restaurant stated loudly that they had walked out. Additionally, I overheard a family with young children, complain about the quality of the pizza and the wait time. The manager did give them a free pizza card, but the woman indicated that this was her second visit to this Pizza Hut with the same experience and she would not be back.

My pizza was burnt. The pepperonis were burnt to The point it was an edible because it made the whole pizza taste burnt, and they were extremely dry. The best part of it all with my breadsticks and that’s what I ended up eating.

Probably won’t return...

There was one girl and we were the only table. She said her name was Celest and she took forever to get our drinks and to even take our order. We tried looking for her but nowhere to be found. We waited 30 minutes before getting our drinks and about another 20 for her to just take our order. She was very snarky and didnt greet us or even say thank you. There were tons of dirty tables and it was just so disgusting. Our table was even sticky and crummy and when we asked her to wipe it down she rolled her eyes and huffed a bit. I have never met such a disrespectful server. I love tipping well because I know it makes peoples day but with that service i didnt even think it was worth $1. Management neede to do something about this because we were nothing but nice to this girl. I understand having rough days but it was only 12 on a weekday and it didnt mean she had to take...

Ordered for carry out. They were out of personal pans so they said they could do a small. Also ordered 2(two) family orders of cheese sticks. Waited in the pick up like for 15 minutes to be handed two boxes. One pizza and one we thought cheese sticks. So they said they would make more breads sticks. Waited 20 more minutes to get a regular sized box of bread sticks open to see cheese bread. No bread sticks what so ever. When I called they said they would credit my account for free bread sticks the next we come. I said I wanted them to deliver them or refund me. She then said they were out of bread sticks. Why wasn’t this said from the beginning? She then said she couldn’t give me a refund until she spoke with her manager who she thought would be in on Tuesday. She then said she would call her for a refund and call me back. I still...
