I called in to see if they had buffet before I got there, they said yes. then reasked when I arrived, they said yes. Then I walk away for 5 minutes and come back and another lady says they don't have buffet due to shortage. That's cool but I would've went somewhere else if I had known that. Decided to eat there anyways, and when I got my food, there was a fly in the beef and broccoli. They need to communicate and have a little more care...

Tonight, the Grille Express was closed when I went in. In the past, I have only gotten rotted food from their buffet and I do not recommend this establishment for eating EVER. There are so many good places to eat in Norfolk, NE that eating here is just...

The biscuits and gravy was very bland and eggs EXTREMELY buttery. Also hardly any sausage flavor to the gravy. The other order was decent but the pancake was not fully cooked. Also bacon was in my opinion over cooked but I don't like...
