Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Norfolk

When you have an issue with the food order and you bring it to their attention they say you complain too much. For example a week ago when I ordered in the restaurant I ordered the pizza chicken pack. Supposed to be 8 pieces of chicken. 2 of each piece. Got home and had all thighs. I drive back to town and took the chicken back to just get it corrected. I didn’t complain or ask for any manager. But the manager came out and she was very nice. I was NOT mad. I went last night in and ordered for carry out and was charged a $4 delivery fee. I laughed and just asked if this was an error and that same manager came out and literally was mad at me. She said I was going to be put on the do not order list per the owner Steve Denn. I was not mad about the $4 error I just figured she would refund me the $4. Instead she told me that every time I order something is wrong. Giving me the wrong chicken was NOT my fault!!! And the accident of being charged a delivery fee was also NOT my fault. Make sure you check your receipt accidents happen. Think twice about complaining they might...

Hi. We were visiting with there with our family members in Madison and decided to head over to Norfolk for an early dinner. It was decided to eat at Pizza Ranch. The person who greeted us at the counter, Karen, mentioned that if we waited for another few minutes that we could say a lot of money and the Monday special of the 2 Adult Buffet. We did. She was very nice about it and kept us entertained until it was time to pay.

The next person we met was apparently the owner, Steve. Now this guy was pleasant and great to talk to. From what we remember, he was really into getting to know his customers on a personal basis and taking care of them. When we were in the fun zone/game area, he helped us out if there was an issue with any of the games and showed us how to check the status of our points. When we mentioned that our nephew was really into spiderman, he sent us a pic of him and spiderman to share with him. We don't know of many people who would do that.

Disappointed when you call in advance and ask for a room for a birthday party, and they give you a spot by dishes. My sons birthday party theyput us there even though we asked for a room. Then my daughters 1st birthday stuck us by dishwasher again. I thought we dang they didn't have rooms, just that one spot by bathrooms. Then my brother in law asked for a room, and they stuck us again by dishes where it's very loud, and as we were in the game area, I saw people using a room. We'll I won't be ordering anything from them again. At least Columbus used to treat us well. I also want to add for the price you pay, and it's pretty gross watching salad bar person wiping off cherry tomato's and putting them back on salad bar.
