Great selection. Thats about all of the "positive feedback" I can give this place. I have been in this store 3 or 4 times and agree with the fact they follow you around like youre going to steal. My biggest issue is when they ask if they can help me and when they cant find the item... Im told Im an "odd size"!!! Now.....maybe out here....being an "in shape" 38 yr oldmale needing 31x34 or 31x36 jeans is "odd" but I guess I thought 6 foot 190 lbs was pretty average. I have been told this EVERY time I have been there. It is a bit insulting. And on a side note....I view boots as a way of life...not just a fashion statement. I dont need some chic that THINKS shes a 10 (when she is definately not a 10) wearin $300.00 boots tellin me I am an "odd size" because Im not chubby like her. It seems most of the help at this place thinks pretty highly of themselves...which is...

I was in last week to look at boots and the girl that helped me out told me the sale was good till the end of the month.

Go back today and the guy says the sale ended yesterday 🤬. No way to give me the sale price today.

Management, train your people! And let them honor the word of your sales staff! I've spent a lot of money there. I'll be shopping other places from now on...

After the situation described above, I emailed the office. I received an email from Troy Weyhrich within a short time. He was good enough to issue a gift card to me to honor the sale price (almost- he got close).

That was an incredible gesture of goodwill, and I went back this afternoon and bought the boots.

I will continue to trade with Renegade, as they sell American made products and stand behind their word. Exactly what this country needs more of,...

I ordered a t shirt online and it was too large. I called them and they held the size I needed until they received my return. I received the new one and it was defective. (Discoloration on shoulders). I called again and they checked the additional ones they had in stock and they were also defective. They told me they didn’t want to send me another defective shirts so they gave me a full refund and let me keep the shirt I have! Outstanding customer service! You just don’t receive that level of care many places in today’s market! I will definitely be shopping with them again! Thank you...
