I placed a pick-up order. The food was ready on time but was not prepared to my specifications, so I bought it back and asked them to remake it. The cashier didn't speak a word except to ask me for the incorrectly made sandwich back so she could slam it in the trash in front of me. She rolled her eyes and scrolled through her phone the entire time I waited. They made 3 or 4 other sandwiches while I stood there and waited for my sandwich to be remade - I had to ask them when they were going to start re-making my food because I had placed an order in advance so it wouldn't take up my entire break. Again, she didn't say a WORD to me even though I spoke directly to her. After they made MORE sandwiches that weren't mine, they finally got to remaking my food and the cashier bagged it up and slid it across the counter, again without speaking. I would have asked for a manager, but I don't think I would've gotten an answer since she wasn't in the mood to SPEAK. I work at the hospital, so I know they hire people with IDs and cognitive deficits to work in the cafeteria and restaurants, but if your deficit is that you cannot display common human courtesy or deliver bare-minimum customer service, you probably should be working in a customer facing position....
Read moreWorker was extremely rude to me and my friend. There were fifteen people in line and sandwiches were backing up. The"bread lady" was still taking orders instead of helping others put meat, cheeses, or veggies on the sandwich. This was compounding the problem. When a gentleman in front of us said he'd wait to help alleviate the expanding line the lady rudely told him he'd have to get out of line because they're were people behind him. When we said we'd wait also she snapped at us saying we were holding up the line. My friend said he was simply trying to decide what to order, after all we weren't very close to the menu, she repeated her "order" to us. It's sad when production out weighs simple politeness. This doesn't make much sense because production was slowing down instead of picking up. In my opinion, the "bread lady" just wanted to be done so she could stand there. I know they only lost $15 in sales, but this is a everyday problem. I eat at this subway at least once every two weeks. Not anymore. You have...
Read moreWorst service possible. I walked in and looked at the menu, but didn't see breakfast options. The staff were talking in the back. I walked closer to the counter to indicate that I was in need of help. A woman came out and said "can I help you?". I said "uhh", she abruptly said, "when you are ready to order, let me know". Then she turned around and walked back to the back. I was going to ask if they had a breakfast menu, but I couldn't get another word out before she cut me off and walked off. I spoke back to her that I was ready, but she just lost my business because she didn't give me a chance to speak. I don't know if she heard me, but her behavior was unexceptable! Will...
