Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Norman

My friend and I went here today and the 2 girls working were very rude. There was only 1 thing of pepperoni pretzel bites left, and we both wanted them, but they weren’t fresh. We asked nicely for fresh ones and they agreed but they we’re not nice about it. We paid and they told us to come back in 7 minutes to pick up the fresh ones. There were no other customers around. We waited wayyy longer than 7 minutes. Once we got our order we saw that they were all burnt. I’ve added photos below. 12/12/2020 - Drove across town 45 miles to taste and possibly place a large order as gift. Was sold a burnt pretzel. Taste was ruined. Still tasting it as I type. Immediately took it back in and asked for unburned pretzels. Clerk was friendly and looked at other pretzels but stated they were all burnt. A 50 pretzel order cost $150.00. I can drive to Dallas to Philly pretzels shop and get box of 50 pretzels for $25.00 and still save money. Philly pretzels is in top 10 of best pretzels list. Wanna guess who gets my business. I went here 2 days ago, I ordered a regular size pretzel bite but they only had larges. They suggested I get a regular pretzel, so I did. I then ordered a small drink and they said they were out of smalls and would I like a medium. I told him as long as I didn't have to pay for it, he then looked at the girl next to him and said just fill it half way up. I thought that was odd and wondered why they didn't offer to full a large cup half way for the pretzel bites. Customer service...
