Edit: Went to drive thru and placed order. All was good. I didn't eat right away when I brought it home but others did. It was not until much much later that I discovered the order was wrong. I ordered a bucket meal, dark meat which was supposed to be legs and thighs. Disgusted they gave us legs and wings. No one asked if substitutions were okay. No one said we don't have thighs are wings okay. I'm rightfully very very angry. If they didn't have the requested pieces they should have said so and given me the chance to accept our change my order. I feel like I was lied to and charged for items i did not order. I believe they owe an apology and to replace the correct order at no charge but of course that's not going to happen. Shame, shame, shame on KFC! YOU OWE AT LEAST ONE FAMILY IN NORMAN AN 8 PIECE BUCKET WITH LEGS AND THIGHS! Not to mention the sides that came with the bucket meal but I would settle for fixing the bucket! This was a treat for my elderly parents who don't have a lot of money for things like this and YOU KFC on WEST LINDSEY in NORMAN OKLAHOMA CHEATED THEM OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND ENJOYMENT! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
There was a problem processing payment and I snapped at drive thru window employee when asked for zip code attached to credit card. But as soon as she explained she was having to enter it manually i gave her the info she needed. Kudos to the manager who came to the window and explained that it might be an issue with the card even though I had already given requested info and apologized for my tone. Only thing left to say is while their French fries are out of this world tasty..... a large fry should not cost almost five dollars.
