HTeaO - Norman (Lindsey & McGee) — Restaurant in Norman

This stores customer service is a joke. I’ve been in multiple times before with the same bad customer service. I either don’t get asked if I want or a receipt or I get eye rolls when I do ask for one. This last trip was my last straw. Went in yesterday, got my large tea went to pay gave cash. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted my receipt I said yes please like to get them points. She hands me a receipt that had 0.00 on it. Didn’t realize till I got home or I would walked back in. Every worker in that store seems like they hate their job. I live closer to this one, but I’ll make the drive to porter they are much nicer and actually greet you when you walk in the door. The staff are amazing! I first had HTeaO yesterday, and the drive thru person was super sweet! She gave me some recommendations and didn’t make me feel rushed with ordering. The guy at the window was super cool and gave me a brochure of their teas as a way for me to see all they offer. He informed me of the survey on my receipt as well as the barcode to use if I downloaded the app. I will continue going to HTeaO because everyone is very kind there and the tea I had was delicious! Came to this location on west lindsey in Norman ok, walked in wasn’t greeted proceeded to go check out the tea no little test cups to sample the product. Counters was littered with sticky syrup floors all sticky and yucky. No straws just down right disgusting.
