Everyone there @ Jimmy's Eggs has been like Family to me! They are such hard workers! The Cooks the Dishwashers as well.. All the Waitresses: & Some has came & Gone! But I was honored to know each & everyone there Management Debra.... Casey Nicole Amber Gracy Michelle Amy. Tyler & Of course Johnny making sure the place is kept up by being Clean! I've gotten to know Customers as Family as well!!
Sadly the Employees don't see the full credit of their work there! They are under paid! Not even the Minimum Wage!! Including the Management! When they request any work to be done at that Restaurant!! By needing any repairs, the Management is disregarded & Treated Unjustly!! The Ceiling the Tiles is in very bad shape! The Chairs Wobble even the Customers worry the Chair will break on them!! The Window in between the booths is Loose & is extremely dangerous if a Child pulls at any of these Loose Windows it could hurt the Customers even on the other side of the booths!! When any repairs were made the Management was scolded! The workers don't even receive any bonus during the holidays! If anything is done that's where the workers come together to celebrate the holidays & it comes out of their own pockets!! If it wasn't for the Customers I think everyone would walk out! Everyone is like Family there at that Restaurant! But I truly believe the built of this Restaurant was based over the Sweat & Tears & what the Original Owners went through....(Loc Van Le & his wife) They struggled they would be very disappointed by how it's being ran by the Owner of this place today!! Read moreLet me tell you about my amazing experience here this morning... first of all, I usually eat at the Yukon location. This was only my 2nd or 3rd time at this one. Previously, I didn't have the best experience at the Norman location with servers. That all changed today. Casey!!!! Casey was hands down one of the best servers I've ever had in my life. No joke. It wasn't just her service, which was great though, she got our orders quickly, made sure everything was right, constantly refilled our drinks and made sure we were good. It was her kindness. My friend and I were finishing up when Casey came up, put her hand on her shoulder and said "look, I'm really sorry, I'm not trying to be nosey or bother you, but I can tell that you are going through something. I just wanted to let you know that no matter what it is, it will get better, I promise. If its OK, I'd like give you a hug and to say a prayer for you"! I mean, talk about being blown away! She was spot on in her assessment and her gesture meant absolutely so much. Thank you Casey, and thank you Jimmy's Egg for having such an amazing employee working for you. She was at the right place at the right time and we decided we are going to come back every Sunday and sit in her section as long as she's working there! Great job, JE! Read moreI had the chicken quesadilla for lunch on 10-20-22 which I have ordered at other locations. The service at this location was slow even though there was only a table with 2 older gentlemen & myself eating in the restaurant at the time. Quesadilla was finally brought out to me & the chicken that they used did not taste or look fresh compared to the other Jimmy's Egg I have eaten at previously. I usually eat breakfast or lunch at the Shawnee location which is closer to where I live. The chicken looked & tasted like the cheap frozen diced chicken that comes frozen out of the bag. I received my ticket quickly after the food arrived but no server ever came to my table so I could pay & check out. I finally just went up to the front counter to pay.
I am in this area once a month but I won't be returning to this particular location. Service, food & value are not good at this location. I will stick to the Jimmy's Egg in Shawnee, which has the best service & food...
