Around 10:40 last night we decided to go grab some food. Considering we had been out of power since 2:00 pm ( 8 hours at this point) this day due to the wind we were looking to try something new to eat. The little girl working the window was quite ditzy. She provided us our drinks then took my card to pay. Before giving my card back she tried to hand me an additional set of drinks . I said I donāt believe this are mine but thank u. I asked for canes sauce she said that will be an additional cost . Again Iāve never had raising canes. Didnāt care to tell me it already came with sauce so ran a separate transaction for extra sauce . Before she gave me my bag I asked if my ketchup was in there along with my additional sauce she said uhh I think so . I said rightā¦.. can I get extra then please? She did provide me with extra ketchup .. got down the road there was no ketchup in the bag . You know it sounds petty for me to be so adamant about sauce but after u pay $20 for food id expect everything I ordered to be included. I think training the window service at night is a must .. ask customers if thereās any additional things they may need and let them know what the meals already include so thereās not additional transactions that need to happen for no reason. SO WHAT if itās not how you expected it or wanted it?!!! I am out there for almost 20 minutes before a woman comes to ask if I am waiting on an order so I tell her I am. She goes in, and I expect my food soon, another 15 minutes go by so I kill my car and go inside where I am informed my card declined so they couldn't serve me? Yet you couldn't come and inform me? Why would you leave a customer waiting outside of your store for over half an hour without informing them? This is just poor management and customer service skills by a lazy team. My card also did not decline and when I showed him my receipt he read it over then asked if this was all I needed. The food I paid for?
