Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Norman

I've been here at least 5 times in the last 2 months . There has not been one time that there has not been something messed up on my order , bread sticks missing from soup ordered , soup missing from pick two option , every single time I have ordered the carved Cobb salad it has not had the egg on it which is the only reason I order this particular salad in the first place . This time I asked for onion on it in place of the goat cheese and it was not there , no dressing in the bag , last time when the soup was missing from the pick two and I checked the bag at the window and told the guy it was missing the miflddle aged dark blonde lady who was making the food (maybe manager?) Yelled at me from inside (literally yelled) and said she didn't even see soup on the ticket only salad . I was like well , how are you gonna get "pick two" with one item ?!? I'm not sure I'll be back to...

Went this this past Saturday and they couldn't get our order right. My mother-in-law ordered the French onion soup with her sandwich and the bowl was only half full with no topping whatsoever. Three of us got our order but my husband had to wait at least 10 minutes to get his, so ours got cold waiting on his meal. When his was sent to the table his entire bread was in crumbled pieces. He sent it back and they sent out another one but none of the cheese was melted. We ended up leaving here and went to another restaurant. The young girl at the cash register was working hard but the skinny blond haired girl was being lazy. I honestly think the cashier was carrying the whole load on her own because she was hardly at the register, and was the one fixing the meals and redoing the soup. I hate to call em' out but I order pick up 3 or 4 times a month and i always ask for a pickle and i always get the same response... Which is " oh yeah for sure , it comes with the combo meal ... I know it does but I never get one !! I kid you not , the last 3 trips I have not gotten a single pickle..... It's not a complete sandwich unless I get the pickle " that comes with the combo " .. I'm not gonna stop coming for a sandwich because of a missing pickle, but please either give me the pickle because it comes with it or please give it to me because I have asked for it ... that's all I ask .... You make a great sandwich and your always super friendly to me so for that I am grateful.. Please dont lie to me next time and just toss a pickle spear in the to go back...
