Unfortunately, my experience with this location today was a far cry from adequate. I planned on using my reward for $1 grilled cheese through the app. When I arrived at this location there were 0 stalls available for me to park in after I went around the store twice. I then proceeded to jump into the drive thru and order there. I explained to the employee at the window about my circumstances on not being able to find an open stall. She told me that she would not take the reward because I did not order it through the app. After explaining to her again that I always order through the app when I get to the store and park in a stall, she continued to cut me off and say she would not honor it. I know this location has a reputation of serving cold orders to customers who order through the app and you can find that information just by reading other peoples experiences. I was approximately 30 minutes away from this location so I was not going to place an order while I was that far away and receive cold food. I would’ve liked to place my order at the store, while parked in a stall, so my food would hopefully be warm. Again, this particular location does not have high quality reviews so I suppose I shouldn’t have expected high quality service. I then asked for the manager and another woman came up to the window and very rudely said she wouldn’t honor the reward. Now I know this might sound like a minute and silly situation, but at the end of the day, it comes down to how customers are being treated at this establishment and by the look of the reviews I have read, it doesn’t seem to be just me. I believe this location has only been open for maybe a year at best and it’s unfortunate to see this location have so many negative experiences already. Hopefully the two employees that I interacted with today will have better interactions with customers in the future and treat them better when trying to work through a particular situation. I have already sent this in through the website so I’m hoping something good comes out of my bad experience. I would advise giving another Sonic location your business, even if it’s a few miles out...

We were ran by excellent management and owners did not accept the bs they are doing now. The waits are horrible and then you wait for the food to be worse. The hops cheat and swipe your order off the screen so we think we're getting our drink or in my case my ice I come for 3 times a day for me and my patient...to only then wait why they conti he to load the tray with orders to get my drink only last. Those go first. One swipe at a time. I do not order food any.ore. The hops here are lazy and walk. No hustle. The management is a joke. Night shift should he shut down. I've not had one ONE route 44 I've cup order right. Hair in my cup, black stuff, I ask for the fresh I e each time it's soft enough for my patient and I have not one time got it. I call talk to mangers go back every time withered up and want refund or repaced with the exact melted ice. I was going to this one bc it's literallyright next to my job and yes I worked here. Read moreI come by the sonic all the time because it’s close to my house but I waited 45 minutes for two drinks In a stall Because the drive-through was closed (Not sure why, but they do this all the time ) and when the car hop Finally came out she stopped at the car right next to mine And was having the time of her life talking to the guy in the car because they were friends. She stood over there for no less than 10 minutes. And then finally made her way over to my car With one drink. Like, are you kidding me? I just waited 45 minutes for two drinks because you guys have the drive-through closed, Waited an extra 10 minutes so you could have some catch up time with your friend and you still forgot one of the drinks? When I informed her, I was missing a drink. She acted confused and said she would be right back and never returned… I was sitting there for another 20 minutes with the red button activated And they never picked up the red button.
