Cute store, merchandised well and the parking is a bonus. Prices are extremely high for the product. The employee I encountered was so rude and condescending on the phone, and refused to stand by the return policy as it is written online. I had planned to go back in and spend quite a bit on gifts for an incoming OU student, but with so many other cute boutiques on campus corner with OU and other merchandise, I’ll steer clear of this one. Update 4/17: The fact that I am being accused of “name calling and profanity” by this business without them even trying to get my account of the interaction is laughable. I have never used name calling or profanity with any store employee anywhere in my life. I told the employee whom I spoke with that I understood that she doesn’t create the store policies, and that’s why I would appreciate a call from a manager or supervisor and I left my name and number with her. I would never have left my name and phone number with a person that I had supposedly just cursed out. She continued to speak to me in a rude tone. I haven’t been to the actual store yet, but I got to visit with these ladies and shop their products at the holiday shops. They women that run this store are super friendly, helpful, and hilarious. This was by far one of my favorite shops at the holiday shops this year. They have such cool stuff and amazing customer service. Their soaps and candles from whisky river soap make the most hilarious and deliciously scented gifts. I will be making to by the store ASAP.
