I was there this afternoon. Place is very dark and gloomy. I find it uncomfortable. The food prices are exponential. There was an elder person next to me that ordered some soup and half a sandwich and maybe something else with the cost of $21. The other prices are no better. The rug is dirty. The seats where I was sending were filled with pieces of food. A man came over to remove the seat but did not clean anything.
The latest is I had a couple of coffee which was small and a bagel and if the bagel died any smaller I would have to use tweezers to eat it. Of course I'm exaggerating but it is the smallest bagel I've ever eaten in my own life. And the cost of the bagel was almost $2. I'm only here because I had to be here for a meeting but I advise others to avoid this place like the plague
Went to get my usual which is a combo of 2. Before it was under 10$. Today, it was 11.43 before taxes. For a second rate place, if I got a drink it would add to almost 15$ for lunch.
This is an outrageous ripoff for what you get for lunch. I tried this twice with the same egregious result. My days I Panera which I have gone to many times are over.
I would you take this place off your list.
I was there today. Treated very well. Nothing else has changed.
I had chilli vegetable soup. It would be an understatement to say it was mediocre and bland.
I was there a couple of days ago. I am still unimpressed. I went to the bathroom that is the men's bathroom and the floor was disgusting. I tried to speak to a couple of people to get detention of the manager and all of them either ignored me or told me to go away. So since the direct approach didn't work I will post a picture of how negligent and disgusting my...
Read moredon't even bother asking for additions/custom options on orders. they just straight up will not remember. wanted bacon added to that sandwich? cute, but you're not getting it. wanted whipped cream on that plain iced latte with whole milk? well, they won't remember to put the whipped cream on it, they'll put chocolate syrup in it because ??? and then they'll tell you they don't carry whole milk so they gave you 2%. what self-respecting coffee shop doesn't carry whole milk? it's the standard option. anything besides whole milk is to be requested specially, not the other way around.
in a single order today, they managed to mess up 2 out of the 4 things we ordered. had it been just my items and not my spouse's too, they would have made mistakes on 100% of the things that i ordered for myself today.
if you wanna order your treats and basic drinks off the rack with no customization or made-to-order element whatsoever, then you'll probably get what you want. but they cannot be bothered to keep track of anything beyond the very basic menu item requests.
overall, just skip this one. something is wrong practically every time...
Read moreMy daughter and I absolutely LOVE Panera, usually, but this one was awful. We went in to order and waited by the counter for about 45 minutes before our food was up. We took it and left, while my daughter was eager to dig into her usual chicken caesar salad and I into my steak and cheese panini we were unpleasantly surprised to say the least. Her salad is usually so fresh but this one had yellow & brown wilted lettuce. My sandwich (I've never had their steak & cheese before) had so LITTLE meat that when I first opened it I thought that they accidentally gave me a grilled cheese, then on top of that there were some red onions on it that tasted as if they were marinated. I did not finish my sandwich the disappointment of paying $26 for a salad that was wilted and a sandwich that was awful is weighing on us. I will never go to that Panera Bread Shop again, I'm grateful that it isn't a portrayal of the other stores. North Andover was a disappointment when it came to this small, not very clean store. I hope...
