Five Guys — Restaurant in North Andover

Today I parked exactly at 9:35pm in the lot while I’ve seen a group of people struggle to open the door as if it’s closed. They get a signal from inside to get someone to open the door so they go in. I go try to open the door and it’s closed. No one opens. Still before 9:40pm. Then I see another group of the same people try to open and they get a signal from the same staff to open the door so I go in with them, they inform me only shakes while everyone else was eating burgers. So I go up to the cook that let them in and asked if it’s really only shakes at this time. He his response is “yes look at the time you came” it’s literally not even 9:40pm. I proceed to tell him that I burger takes atleast 5 mins to make and he tells me “no only shakes you had the whole day to come, I’ve been here the whole day” so does 5guys close at 9:40pm or 10pm??? I left upset I couldn’t get a burger that I wanted after I long day from work. Really disappointed in this location and hospitality. I felt...

The worst run Five Guys location there is! When placing your order via the app, make sure you click "on the way" when you leave, then when you arrive, click I'm here, then walk in and tell them your name....think you are done...no way, you will still be waiting as they claim, they didn't hear the name. Whats the point of the app then?? People will come in and order and get their food while you will still be waiting. Don't worry though, the staff there is so attentive you will be left twiddling your thumbs as they ignore you. When you finally confront the staff about waiting 50 minutes for a 15 minute order they will make every excuse in the book on why they are running behind. This is not the first time this has happened here. Bottom line is this one location is bringing the whole chain down. Staff could care less about ensuring a positive...

Blown away by how good the meal was. I had only been to Five Guys once or twice previously and had not been in at least 4 or 5 years.

First, the online ordering was simple and easy to use. That is critcal to the user experience. My order was completed in about 3 minutes.

When I arrived, they were just finishing the fries and I got my order within 10 minutes of placing it online.

The portions are huge! Lot of meat in the burgers which are nicely seasoned and well cooked. I added grilled onion and mushrooms, pickles, onions and hot sauce. Each topping was a nice portion and it all held together in the bun which is essential for a good burger. The fries are hand cut and nicely salted which is also a must.

For 3 cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a 20% tip, my cost was $41. Less expensive than a restaurant and very high quality. Will definitely...
