Unfortunately there is no option lower than 1 star. The store is consistently understaffed resulting in ridiculous lines and waiting times. They frequently claim they never received a prescription from the doctor and when they go into the system it's amazingly there. Two weeks ago my daughter had no more refills so her prescriber called in a new prescription on Wednesday. When my wife went on Sunday she was told the prescription was not ready and she would have to come back.. Earlier this month they were out of a critical prescription for me and a week later they still did not have it. My prescriber sent it over to Stop & Shop instead rather than dealing with this place. Today I tried to fill another prescription and got a text message that it was going to be a "special order" Really? Wow thank you. Oh and for the past 2 weeks I've gone in multiple times looking for nose saline only to find the shelf consistently empty. Well I guess if you don't have enough staff to fill prescriptions for medication you don't have in stock, you also don't have time to do inventory. Brilliant...
Read moreI went into CVS today (located at 110 Turnpike Street North Andover MA) planning to purchase nail glue, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of beauty products that I normally could only buy at Sephora or Ulta. It looks like this store has undergone a transformation, and because of that, I was able to buy everything I needed in one trip. This saved me valuable time since I didn’t have to make additional stops at other stores.
I also met Maria, the beauty consultant, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and guided me toward the right products based on my needs. Her assistance made my shopping experience even better. I even told her it felt like I was shopping in Sephora because so many of the products I usually buy there are now available at CVS.

Read moreI had a problem with one of my prescriptions I called up the pharmacy I spoke to the manager Zack he told me he would get back to me he did he was able to correct the problem with my prescription and I was very pleased with that I believe he went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was whole. I've never had a problem at this CVS I've used a lot of CVS's and I've had problems at almost every single one and this is the only CVS I have not had a problem with until yesterday and the issue is dealt with immediately and in a timely manner if you have any issues with the pharmacy itself I suggest you to ask for Zack and speak to him he knows his stuff.
