Subway — Restaurant in North Andover

Terrible horrible service. Went there with my kids and we didn't get and good service. The two workers there didn't seem to want to be there. Didn't say much to us neither were they patient with the kids trying to figure out what they wanted to eat. But a salad there and it was plain when it was giving to me. I said I wanted ranch dressing and he acted like he didn't hear me. Pack up my salad thinking he put the dressing on it. Drove away and when I came home it was dry with no dressing call the store and he said well you didn't ask for dressing. He was so rude on the phone. Telling me if you want you can come back for dressing. He didn't apologize at all and he said thank you for calling for just a dressing. This was my first time at this particular location but I've been to Subway in the past many times. It's a great alternative to the burger and fries joints. The gentleman preparing my sandwiches did an excellent job and patiently waited for my decisions before proceeding. I was in and out of there in no time. The restaurant itself is relatively new (within the past couple of years) and it still looks clean and well-maintained. I went in to this particular store today around 12ish and was absolutely thrilled with my experience ! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service( I wish I knew their names to shout them out!).
