I am on week 7 of recovering from hip replacement surgery. There is so much that I am struggling with from being inactive due to pain prior to surgery. One week into post surgical physical therapy I was not looking forward to more discomfort and uphill/downhill path I was on. Weight, pain of non surgical hip, stiffness of surgical hip etc etc. I have just completed my first week of unlimited Beem! 3 visits in 1 st week alternating days with PT and I feel like I am ready for whatever is ahead! What a difference a week can make! I already feel the effects of reduced inflammation, increased energy and strength. Ah I love this place. I was fully skeptical when they moved in next to my barre studio but I trialed a membership for a month and got hooked. The 40 min sauna sessions are so restorative. You get an incredible sweat, plus the light therapy and solo rooms (big plus- you can listen to your own music via Bluetooth) are a nice luxe touch. I try to go at night and I have never slept better. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. I’ve done the social sauna once with a friend and that was fun, too! I’ve never had to wait or had trouble getting in. The memberships are expensive but they have options based on how much you can come. Beem Light Sauna is hands down my new favorite wellness escape! From the moment you walk in, the space is clean, modern, and calming. The staff is welcoming and everything is thoughtfully set up for a relaxing experience.
