My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left me with a positive impression, as my coffee and breakfast were prepared quickly and tasted great. The efficient service and satisfying meal made for a pleasant start to my day.

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this Dunkin’ Donuts is . For years , I have been complaining about their service , they seem to always get my order wrong . As a coffee lover , I look forward to a good cup of coffee . This dunkin donuts just isn’t the one . While pregnant , I specified decaf coffee and always received regular . How do I know? I would ask them to verify and their response was “ oh no we will fix it “. Most recently my order was wrong again, and I approached the manager about it . His response was “ just keep complaining and we will fix it “. As a customer , how is that reassuring ? I live close to this Dunkin’ Donuts , but I now go a bit further and go to the 711. For years , I have complained and complained and it never got better . I refuse to ever step foot...

I suggest no one to put their order through the app. They will not follow the ingredients or instructions. I always order in person since they don’t follow the instructions. Even when I go in person they still make it WRONG! If I say 3 pumps of caramel they will give you a very small amount of pumps. I understand if there’s a rush but there was no one behind me! The cashier lady with bangs always has an attitude when I try to correct her. As I try to order she’s making my drink and is not listening. Sadly this is the only dd that’s near my job so I have no choice but to go there. I will say 2 employees from there always make my drink just the way I like it.
