Went here after the gym and a walk with my wife. It’s new to the area so we figured we would try it. The place didn't skip a beat, we were welcomed with open arms as they were being trained by corporate. Food: I had the Griswold because it was recommended and it was very tasty and just enough. My wife had the Pirate and it was also very tasty and very good. It was busy being new but food was prepared well and came out quick! Service: Excellent, we were greeted as we arrived by possibly the owner at the front desk, he and our cashier were equally friendly and polite. Their recommendations were on point and the food was brought to our table and they picked up our trash as we finished for us. This was kind of above and beyond but welcomed. Ambiance: Welcoming environment, with a laid back feel. Modern fast food vibes, good bit of seating but not too much. Newly opened to the area, so we decided to try it. I learned that I prefer my bagels crispy and with cream cheese not steamed. I also got a very basic bagel sandwich, the simple egg and cheese. It was very hot when delivered, which is a great thing. There are sauces such as mayo, mustard and hotsauce to add to your sandwich if you should want to. You get your own fountain drinks as well. Seating was ample, there are a variety of seating options such as benches with tables, seats and tables as well as a bar seating area facing the parking lot. Service was kind and patient while I looked over the menu. The staff answered any questions I may have. When we arrived there were only 3 people eating but by the time we were getting ready to leave, about 10 people walked in talking about how much they loved certain sandwiches. BAGEL LOVERS dream come true! You can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner here any time of the day. Steamed (NEVER TOASTED) bagels take sandwiches to a whole new level. Located right in the heart of Evans walking distance to the CC performing arts center as well as the dog park and many other cute and quaint shops/dining options. Staff was very welcoming and attentive during my dining experience. They have indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter, fix your own fountain drink and they bring the food to your table once the steaming magic is complete.
