Motherâs Day Visit â Disappointing Experience
We visited on Motherâs Day, and while we expected a crowd, the wait was extremely long. I had my young children with me, which made the delay even more difficult. When we were finally seated, our waitress seemed impatient from the start. She rushed through explaining the menu and sides, barely made eye contact, and didnât smile or offer any real assistance.
Because of her attitude, we felt pressured to order quicklyâjust picking something to avoid further discomfort. When our food arrived, she handed the plates to us in a hurry rather than placing them on the table. She even handed two hot plates directly to my 10-year-old son so quickly that one of the sandwiches slipped and fell between the seat and the wall.
She saw it happen but just walked away. When she returned, I politely asked if the sandwich could be replaced. She gave me a cold smile and eventually agreed, but her demeanor made me feel as if I were asking for a free meal rather than addressing a mistake. I asked her not to charge us, and she sarcastically replied âsure,â still giving me a judgmental look.
The replacement sandwich we received was noticeably smaller and not the same as what we originally ordered. There are cameras in the restaurant, and I genuinely wish someone had reviewed the footage and acknowledged what happened. My son never received an apology, and honestly, I regret coming here. What should have been a special day ended in...

No waitress appeared knowledgeable in constructive consultation of their physical efforts. (Foot work)
Nor efficient and clear in their communication with the kitchen. Our waitress had brought my dad's plate, La'mill, a Benedict with their special sauce of the restaurant, 4 times..... four. The entire meal was brought out misplaced, absent, or opposite of what he ordered. Of course she blamed the kitchen.
Waitressing is an honor, a responsibility, and a job that should be taken seriously, and details are huge. So being trusted to handle the order of some stranger who is placing the responsibility to communicate their request for a meal in the hand and capability of the waitress.
Cooks are the final product of the communication and efforts of the PAYING customer and their waitress.
Food sustains human life. It's a big deal to be the MIDDLE MAN of someone's meal requests.
None of the staff at this establishment are aware of their position. It showed, and it is a shame. It made me very unsettled upset and i lost my appetite the entire day due to the miserable service and absent pride for their jobs
Tip waitresses, not food...

I took my son age 9 and my daughter age 8 out to eat for my daughter's birthday. Line was long and the wait was really long. We ordered and it took longer than expected. I ordered a scramble with meats in it with 3 hot cakes. When my food came I noticed the shredded cheese wasn't melted. Took a bite and they were cold. My toast wasn't even warm enough to melt butter. My hotcakes were cold and stiff. I took one bite and that was it. While eating the staff sang happy birthday to someone on the other side of the restaurant. My daughter got excited because she thought they were going to her sing too. My daughter was had sun glasses on that said happy birthday on them. Everyone that was working seen them and knew it was her birthday. We finished eating and my daughter became quite. We payed and went to leave. I asked about my order to go and they didn't even make it. When we got to the vehicle I noticed my daughter crying. I asked why she said they knew it was my birthday but they didn't want to sing me happy birthday.
Sad.
Pancake mill you need to do better. I won't...
