I’m so glad I found this local healthy food spot !

Great prices ! Healthy food now is very out of reach for many . Shaky’s delivery fresh and healthy without breaking your pocket.

Positive : Really good customer service . The ladies behind the register are always very kind. So far, I have loved everything I’ve tried there. My go to is the cappuccino with a sugar free muffin and their matcha pudding .

Negative: Parking can be a little frustrating to find. I sometimes have to double park and run in and out . This is a positive and a negative. I had a strawberry salad there once. And never again saw it 😭 it’s not the same one that’s on the menu and I forgot to take a picture of it. I want to say that maybe they had run out of some ingredients and had replaced them. Anyways , great salad but never again saw it made the same .

Overall, this will remain my go-to healthy spot on...

The substandard customer service I experienced upon arrival, coupled with the exorbitant and increasing prices of the poorly served food, is unacceptable and does not align with the expected standards of the food industry. The staff appeared more interested in giving attitude, rather than delivering quality customer service, which is concerning. The replacement food substitute was charged at a high price, and the portion of food served was inadequate, particularly given the exorbitant cost of the meal. It is unclear which was worse, the meal or the customer service provided. The food industry should not have to sacrifice quality to maintain high prices and poor customer service. I urge a reassessment of the current mission and values, along with a review of employee standards...

Even if I’m down to my last couple of dollars and I’m hungry, best believe that Shaky’s is the place I’m at stuffing my face! Their chocolate and strawberry açaí bowls are mouth watering and in my opinion they have the best açai bowls in Hudson County. Their smoothies are to die for, the Pick-Me-Up smoothie always hits and never disappoints! Their turkey breakfast sandwich is so simple that I can make it at home but refuse to because it won’t ever taste the same! Turkey guak-mole 10/10 along with their kettle chips… I don’t know they just are different. Tuna sandwich is TOPTIERED!!
