This location is in the Cabin John Shopping center. The DD is a place to past time for family but it is very small. Many times I have visited there are women with young children occuppied with large strollers, snacks everywhere and thier much needed cup of coffee. Most the time kids are roaming the small store, making a lot of noise and taking up the only space with the larger table. So--this wouldn't be the place for singles or working individuals making use of the wifi, but thats all just a heads up! The location is however convenient for us. On to the service...not so pleasant. The associate named "Edith" was condescending and very rude on numerous visits. She orders around her fellow workers but she isn't the manager? Aspiring to be. Hmm. What is up with the attitude towards the customers, the pay must not be enough. And my dollar spent isn't worth going to this location. My pregnant wife had terrible experiences here on multiple occasions. Most the other associates are friendly and patient. Read moreI’ve been going to this location for over 10 years but today has me thinking of now going to another location. I placed a mobile order which went through, Maria the clerk who was working did not want to help me as she said the order did not show on her end, I showed her my mobile order number on my phone in the app she still refused to help me saying she cannot help me since it’s not her end, I then asked how can I get a refund since you won’t make the order she acted like she couldn’t hear me and began to ring up other customers so I decided to go through the app to speak to a dunk’n representative who ended up refunding the transaction as I was getting refunded her tone changed all of sudden she was willing to make the order that I had just got refunded, I told her never mind and that I would just order in the store again this time through the register. Read moreWe ordered for an important kids event the day before. We ordered for delivery so it's routed to GrubHub. GrubHub confirmed the scheduled order. The next morning we received a message from GrubHub that the order was delayed. Soon after we were told the order was "cancelled by the restaurant because they were out of menu items". We called Dunkin and they said they never received the order. Hmmm! We asked if we could place the order and were transferred to someone else, presumably a manager. They said they didn't receive it, to call GrubHub and they hung up the phone! According to GrubHub the restaurant cancelled the order. This is rude and unprofessional behavior and extremely poor service. Not to mention, a group was very disappointed that the donut order...
