I know this place has a lot of sparkling reviews, and yes - their food is good, and always fresh. I stop in there from time to time, and have also gotten some trays there. But there are 2 issues I have with this business: 1) Their prices are super high. I get it that you have to pay for quality and everyone's prices are up these days, but it's VERY expensive to get lunch or dinner here to take home. 2) I've dealt with multiple staff members, and sorry to say but they are very abrupt and rude. I go out of my way to be as pleasant as possible wherever I go for take out food, but the family members running this place are very impatient if you dare to take a few minutes to decide what you want. A&G Italian catered my wedding and totally crushed it. Marco was a complete professional throughout the planning stages and carefully helped me craft a great menu for our reception. The food arrived on time, and the A&G crew were able to get things prepared for us even though our event site lacked some of the elements that might have made their job easier (e.g. an onsite oven). Our family and friends loved the food. Eggplant parmesan and broccoli rabe disappeared in a flash, and the antipasto platters earned rave reviews.
