I’m actually writing this on my toilet right now, it’s been 30 hours since I ate at Freddy’s and I still have explosive diarrhea. So I went here just yesterday, July 8th with my family cause we found out that it just opened up and we wanted to try it out. We figured ooh steak burgers that must be good, it sounded good. From the moment we entered I see about 30 staff members all looking clueless as anything it must be their first time working but I figured no worries it just opened I’ll give it a chance. We ordered 3 classic double patty burgers and a kids burger and an orange milkshake. After paying they hand us cups for drinks, right there I’m confused cause neither of us ordered drinks other than the milkshake. We get to our table and they’re wiping it down while we’re sitting, I mean I appreciate the gesture but that should have been done BEFORE we sat down. As in waiting for the food I look at my receipt and realize they charged us for 3 meals. Neither of us ordered meals, we said loud and clearly just burgers. I bring it to the front and inform them. They refuse to give us refunds or change our order or anything of that nature.. which I find rather odd.. especially working in the food industry myself before, the customer is always right. If you charge them for something they simply did NOT order… you fix it! Not hard at all! Instead they gave us a free side of tots.. which we did not want nor order. We just wanted to fix our order and get it right. Then before we even get our food another staff member comes by and starts taking away our napkins and forks and spices, (she thought it was garbage and wanted to clean it off) again.. I appreciate the gesture but that’s not garbage, we didn’t even eat yet, she could have realized that if she simply opened her eyes but I guess that’s too difficult too. We get our food and right away just looking at it I can tell the quality is poor. I gave it a change I ate my burger, it was gross, whatever yellow sauce they put on there was disgusting and definitely full of processed chemicals and all the harmful stuff I never eat. I just wanted the experience to be over with. I attempted to eat some of the fries and tots they gave us I mean we were stuck paying for it so why not. It was disgusting, definitely full of trans fats, it was very similar quality food to McDonalds which is another establishment I’d never eat at. My moms orange milk shake was disgusting, they couldn’t make it right for the life of them, it was entirely liquid… gross! While we’re eating a man came by our table, I’m assuming he’s the manager. He was the most weakest speaking, presenting, low energy, zero vitality, lacking all confidence whatsoever and the way he asked us how everything was was just pathetic! There was a family at a table behind us being so loud and obnoxious, kids are running around all over the place and they do nothing to stop them. The whole experience was just terrible, the service sucked! Leaving the establishment I knew that I will never step foot in there again. As soon as I got in the car I felt a terrible pain in my stomach, then as soon as I got home I immediately had explosive diarrhea…my stool has been the same consistency as the milk shake we bought there. All night I felt terrible, leading onto today where I actually had to call out from work because of how bad my stomach has been ever since eating at Freddy’s. I do live a very healthy active lifestyle where I’m highly disciplined with what I eat and for some reason I thought Freddy’s would be high quality food since it literally says “steak burgers” on the storefront. But damn was I wrong. I haven’t consumed anything toxic in over 8 years until I ate at Freddy’s, I usually never leave reviews but the fact that I’m still on the toilet right in this moment excreting the poison that they served me at Freddy’s… I felt that I needed to write this out and express my concerns. If you’re someone who cares about your health and well-being I highly recommend not destroying yourself with this...

We came here today after a nearby Cars & Coffee meet, on the recommendation of a foodie friend who said they make smash style burgers and how the fries are really good.
Although it's their first week open and most of the employees are still being trained (and the restaurant was quite busy) our dine-in order was ready quickly. We ordered a Grilled Cheese Steakburger combo with tots and a Original Double combo with fries; our friend wasn't kidding about the fries, burgers were also very good. Their smash burgers weren't as sloppy/greasy as the smash brand burgers I've had before.
We also took advantage of the free Original Double w/$5 purchase promotion for signing up to their app, added cheese curds to the order. FYI the curds are saltier than the fries and tots, and you cannot opt to skip the fry seasoning like you can do with the fries.
Definitely plan to visit again. It turned out the table next to us was the owner's wife and kids, they also own the Linden location...hope they stay in business for...
Read moreThis isn't a bad place to grab a burger. My wife and I were just very underwhelmed. We had higher hopes for the location. PRO: Fast and friendly service. Prices reasonable for the menu. Sweet tea was very good. Good customer service...I ordered cheese fries. We sat down started eating and realized we didn't have our cheese. Staff brought new order of fries w/cheese. CONS: Dining rooms wasn't clean. Particularly the booth we sat in. They had plenty of staff members this evening for our booth to be unclean. The fries are just basic shoestring fries. Which isn't necessarily bad. I was just expecting something a bit more seeing the sign that says "Steak Burger" The rolls could be more hearty. (Not really a con, just a personal preference) I got the prime rib burger and expected more. I think it would be like going to 7/11 for a big gulp and getting a medium drink. My mind connects to imagine when I hear or read "Prime rib" Again not bad fast food restaurant,...
