Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in North Canton

Don't ever order a cake here! Spent so much time and effort into ordering a regular and gluten free cake for my child's birthday, to have both cakes turn out the compete opposite of what we discussed on two occasions and for at least 30+ mins each time. The colors and design didn't even match anything that I planned.

I also gave them a pic to go by and showed them the specific colors I wanted for each part of the cake by pointing out the colors on a cake in the cooler with the same colors/design.

The cakes were not even close. I'm honestly just floored. My gut feeling told me this was gonna be the case. Hence why I asked twice to speak to the cake decorator which I was never able to. The young manager that took the order assured me she was qualified to do so and whoever made the cake was so sloppy and lazy, they obviously aren't qualified either. This is my last time ordering rubbish from this location.

I ordered in advance way beyond the required 48 hrs. Had a set day to pick them up and of course we needed it for that day for my child's birthday. So, too late to fix the mess. All my planning to make it special and correlate everything fell short in regards to the cakes. The cakes stuck out like a sore thumb not even matching with the cake accessories I had to add that I already purchased to match the theme and decor. Bogus! Hence the planning and prep! No excuse!

Since Dairy Queen moved to a brand new building I went to get A Banana split I noticed that they went up in price and when I received my banana split noticed that it was only 1/3 full will not be coming to this restaurant and I will be telling everybody not to be coming to this Dairy Queen for the simple fact that now they're ripping people off it's not the customers fault they paid too much money for their new building. .
