Absolutely awesome ice cream shop! They claim not to skimp on toppings on their website and I gotta give em credit for where it's due lol. So I had lots of toppings on top of the flavors being really good too. I'll definitely find time to stop back again and highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and quick despite how packed and busy it was.

I would love to see some sort of overhead paging system though. I think your business would benefit from it and creating defined areas/lines/rows for the people who still need to place orders the people who've already and are waiting. I have bought fundraisers from this company for a local school district in Stark County for many years. In the past, I was told that even though there was an expiration date, THEY NEVER EXPIRE! Therefore, I wasn’t in a rush to use by the date. However, went to use some tonight and they refused to fill the orders for a pint of ice cream! I told them the last time I was there, I was told they don’t expire. That is why I wasn’t worried about using them quickly. They already received payment for the ice cream! I was very upset that these young managers would not accept them and feel they should have accepted but let me know they won’t be doing it in the future! I may never use this Handels again. Poor...

*Edited to 5 stars d/t business response. Awesome flavors, staff seem well trained and pleasant. The only downside is that by keeping the front windows open instead of the side windows, they are creating a safety hazard on busy evenings where the lines are flowing into the parking lot, children are running around, and the sidewalk is blocked, again, forcing people into the parking lot.
