Arby's — Restaurant in North Carolina

I ordered Arby’s for delivery and when the order arrived, It was incorrect and missing items. The delivery person went back and came back with the exact same bag with the same contents and missing contents were still not in the bag , so I went with the driver to the Arby’s and showed the bag that I received and my receipt and I showed them my order on my phone. I encountered a young black girl that rolled her eyes at me, snickered , laughed and walked away. I said to her, “don’t snicker at me you little brat” and the black man that was there maybe a shift leader said to me, “you better watch your mouth” The white man that was there I presume was the supervisor didn’t say anything and gave me all free food when he redid my entire order. I was extremely disgusted at the way I was treated by the two black individuals, the girl and the shift leader. My whole experience was completely disgusting. Cold food , missing items in my order , the treatment in the restaurant that I received. I have been an Arby’s fan for a long time , my mother and I would go every week, but this experience in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I am visiting a relative, I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment that I received from this restaurant by the little black girl that was working and the black male shift leader, but the white manager...

I was so excited when I first saw an Arby's being built across the street from me. I hate that Berewick is full of chains, but at least this one is my favorite fast food restaurant.

They sent us a coupon for a free sandwich, so of course we went and got way more than just a sandwich. We had plenty of coupons, so we paid $13 for our meal of 4 sandwiches and 2 fries.

We got the new 5 meat stack, a half pound beef and cheddar, a Reuben, a classic roast beef, and two small fries. In addition to our coupons, they have a happy hour that makes a small fry (and other items) $1 until 5pm.

Whenever I try new things, I still think a regular roast beef with a side of curly fries is the best thing to get (add horsey sauce if course). The 5 meat stack was pretty good. The Reuben wasn't bad, but didn't feel like what I come to Arby's for. The beef and cheddar is close enough to a regular roast beef that it's my next favorite. Unfortunately the fries were not very warm, but I guess that's fast food for you.

The service was nice here. We made our order really complicated with all of the coupons and changing our mind and they were accommodating. I think they're still training staff, but that's not an issue with me.

Came here to eat they close at 12am it’s currently 9:42 I’m still in the drive threw, she only moved when I took a picture of her not doing her job! Then after waiting another 20 minutes a guy comes on and tells me he won’t serve me because I asked him why they all of a sudden want to do their jobs after I took a picture of the girl watching me just sit in the drive through! His excuse was oh we had to fix the drive threw so you can order (your system doesn’t effect your headset as someone who used to work in fast food you just didn’t want to do your job, because even after all of that they only said something to me when I loudly said it’s okay I’ll run their time up as write this review the managers name is William so William you need to talk to your employees about stealing time their there to work not play on their phones!...
