Update 9/20/25 Nothing Bundt Cakes employees are so sweet, warm and welcoming. I went to redeem my birthday gift early. By the way the Red Velvet is always a great option. I would like to acknowledge Melissa and Amelia for giving top-notch customer service. Welcome aboard Amelia, I know you will enjoy working at NBC and I wish you all the best. You got this! I went in to redeem my bogo and I wanted to personally acknowledge Madison. She greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. I just wanted to thank Madison for giving wonderful customer service. Great Job!

**Update 8/6/25 I tried the snicker Bundt cake. I'm not a fan of chocolate cake. However, I love snickers and this cake was so good. It had so much snickers all throughout the cake. I would definitely buy it again. The young lady who rung me up was so sweet and had great vibes. I highly recommend this cake. I did notice that they had a limited flavor lemon raspberry. I don't eat or drink anything raspberry but it may be worth trying. We'll see.

Another Update I tried the Banana Pudding Cake for the first time- it wasn't my favorite. The pudding in the middle messed it up. Maybe if they would have put real bananas it would taste better. That's my honest opinion. You may like it.

I also tried the Oreo for the first time. I'm not really a fan of Oreos- however, I still wanted to try it. Actually, it wasn't to bad. The Oreos wasn't overpowering, which is good. Again, please try it for yourself.

I will stick to my lemon, red velvet, confetti, and pretty much all of the vanilla cakes.

Update: I frequent this place too much, lol...but the cakes just melt in your mouth. I promised I would shout out Ashley who greeted and helped me. I went right before they closed and she was so polite. Everytime, I go all of the staff including the manager always have a smile and are just overall sweet. I always have them laughing. I appreciate the Southern hospitality. I don't know about the other locations (maybe I'll venture out and try them) but the Berewick location will always be my spot. Thank you Ashley! Where do I start... first off the young ladies up front always give excellent customer service. Very polite and professional. The inside is so cute. I have never received bad customer service ever. I frequent this location often. My favorite flavors to buy are Lemon, Red Velvet, and Vanilla. I also love the strawberry and confetti. I love that the establishment always have the buy one, get one free offer. Even still I end up buying three or four. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes away. I wish I had gotten all of the young ladies names because I definitely wanted to shout out all of them personally for being friendly and quick with the orders. Avoid going to this location. I called to see if my order was ready and based off of that if I could somehow cancel or change the pickup time to the following day. Apparently I spoke to the manager and they cut me off short on the phone telling me "Can you call back tomorrow, it's really busy here, and I have a line out the door". So I decided to just go get my order since it was ready. I live 2 minutes from this place, and when I showed up, there wasn't a line out the door, only one customer inside other than me. I was really upset and annoyed. Manager is lying to me just to get me off the phone and not have to answer my question or concerns.
