Worst cinnamon and sugar pretzel and nuggets I've ever eaten. First time visiting this Auntie Anne's. The pretzel and nuggets were not up to Auntie Anne's standards that I am accustomed to. They were thinly rolled, tough, burnt, and hard to chew. There was barely any cinnamon or sugar on the pretzels or nuggets. The top of the pretzel was split and the nuggets and pretzel were dry. They tasted like cardboard not an Auntie Anne's cinnamon sugar pretzel and nuggets. There was no sign the pretzel was brushed and/or dipped in butter. I wasted my money. I'm giving it a one star because the male cashier did a good job If I could give zero stars I would.

$28 is what I said for a burnt pretzel and 2 orders of burnt pepperoni bites. There are more flies inside this place than outside. I use to love this place but it is not the same. Maybe it was a bad day for them however they were not even that busy. I do not plan on returning. I wouldn't say the service is horrible but it's not great. They clearly don't want to be here and it shows. There were a couple of guys making pretzels that were working pretty hard but other than that no thank you.

This is probably the worst Auntie Anne’s I’ve been too. They gave me burnt food and ended up in the trash. They also charged for a small Tap Water. This is the first time I experienced a food establishment is charging tap water. With today’s inflation, I just hope that do not waste customer’s money to a burnt and disgusting food like this. We are all having difficult time so I’m just asking to make all your guest money a worth.

The service is horrible. You are lucky to get a greeting, let alone a smile. Everyone seems to be miserable. Getting a fresh pretzel is always a hit or a miss. I endure the horrible service, since I love the pretzels so much.

Update: An employee, named Jasmine, gave great service. Too bad their aren't others like her. 5/13/16: The staff doesn't get along either. One girl slammed the glass enclosure after the other girl took her hand out.

Paid $18 for what was supposed to be a SOFT pretzel & SOFT pretzel bites with 2 dips. Both were so hard we could barely chew them. Hard and had hardly any cinnamon and sugar on them. It was about 7:30pm (Tuesday, 3/26) & the young man said they'd ran out of dough and wouldn't be making anymore for the day. There weren't even many people in and out.
