Worst cinnamon and sugar pretzel and nuggets I've ever eaten. First time visiting this Auntie Anne's. The pretzel and nuggets were not up to Auntie Anne's standards that I am accustomed to. They were thinly rolled, tough, burnt, and hard to chew. There was barely any cinnamon or sugar on the pretzels or nuggets. The top of the pretzel was split and the nuggets and pretzel were dry. Read moreThe service is horrible. You are lucky to get a greeting, let alone a smile. Everyone seems to be miserable. Getting a fresh pretzel is always a hit or a miss. I endure the horrible service, since I love the pretzels so much.
