Burger King — Restaurant in North Carolina

My family and I went into this establishment tonight and our horrible experience started as soon as we walked in. We stood there for a least a good couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Finally the guy that was upfront said he would be with us in a moment. He started to come and greet us (even though apparently he wasn't the normal cashier), but then turned his back to us and continue to focus on the drive thru orders ( which mind you they had someone working that station). Once he finally came to take our order, he was still so distracted with everything going on to focus on taking our order. Mind you his name tag said G.Money (which is unprofessional and childish), not his actual name. After paying for our order, he asked us to sign the receipt and would you believe they did not have an ink pen for me to sign my name! So "G Money" started looking for pen and the other employees said to use a penny or your fingernail to sign a receipt. How can you run a business and not be prepared regardless of what situation you are in. After that we requested to know who the store manager is. Our order came up without being announced (they announced every other order when it came up). While eating, we noticed employees on their cell phones, talking when they should be working, and several other things. "G Money" was wishing everyone a good night but when we were leaving out the door, we were not told anything. This is such an unprofessional, disrespectful, unorganized establishment who will not get my businesses again. Rude staff. 3 of the 4 people I seen working used cuss words openly and loudly. I overheard the drive-thru girl fussing about the customer that was in the Drive-Thru asking too many questions while the girl was making sandwiches and laughing. The Frontline the sandwich maker and the drive-thru lady all three use cuss words within 2 minutes of each other. I didn't check my sandwich because I'm not babysitting somebody doing their job I don't get a babysitter at my job why should I have to babysit somebody where I'm paying for the food. I left the establishment open my sandwich and guess what no tomato. I know you're probably thinking why is he fussing about a tomato? I'm fussing about the customer service. Poor customer service. The economy is taking a hit on everybody so if you pay for tomato you should get tomato. So when I called the lady said you can bring it back in here we will make you another one. I shouldn't have to bring it back in and get another one made it should be made right the first time since I'm even paying extra for tomato. I usually on come here In the evenings & I tend to not have a problem with this Burger King during that time of day except for that they're slow. But they get my stuff right and their score is high so I don't mind waiting. I always go inside and the inside staff are usually friendly.

Today I went for lunch. This is the 3rd time I've come here for lunch and have either had a staff member at the drive thru window be completely rude to me or have been given some super random, cold, OLD food.

Today it was both. The girl at the window was extremely rude. And when I got home with my food, it was a mess. I used a coupon for the two chicken sandwiches and two small fries. The fries were cold. Not cooked all the way through. And one of the sandwiches was fine and had been just made, but the other sandwich had tomatoes on it. These tomatoes looked like they had been on this sandwich for the entire day. The sandwich was so soggy, even the chicken was soggy and BOTH pieces of bread. There wasn't any mayo on it and it was completely cold. The sandwich doesn't even come with tomatoes unless you ask. So, it seems like I was given a sandwich that was made and had been just sitting there forever. It wasn't made with the other sandwich I had ordered because that one was fine and was still warm.
