I don't know that we will go back to this store. Took our order fine, guy taking the money was great, then after sitting a bit they handed out food out, asked for a receipt Ms. "J" says it should be in the bag, check it's not there..no problem she calls a manager and prints another. We check the food, twists looks bit odd, taste them they are absolutely HORRIBLE. There was no seasoning so I tell her, and also state that we did not get our drinks. She takes the twists back, seasons them, hands them back, still terrible. I tell her, these taste awful, to which she says I am sorry and them smiles..at least she was nice about it. I suggest to her to tell the manager because they were really bad. She says ok. No effort whatsoever to remind or replace, just zero customer service skills. Very arrogant, as if I was trying to get a free twist. Then she shuts the window, and I have to remind her about our drinks, must of been an inconvenience, but she sucked it up and handed them to us. Anywhoos, tacos were soggy, (could of been from the ride) and slaw wasn't so great. 50 bucks spent, but unfortunately I can't say we'll spent....
Read moreI want to start off by saying there are some very friendly younger gentlemen at this location. We drive from Newton to avoid that KFC and TACO BELL to eat here in Denver. The food is a hit and a miss. I came today and got the wings they are advertising and they were so dark and shriveled and obviously old.. As an adult I wouldn't attempt to pass this food to someone knowing how much they are paying for it. Hopefully they are being trained by an adult that can help them to understand that the food has to be thrown out after a certain amount of time if not bought. They did take the wings back and make me fresh wings and made it right with zero issues. This is the first time I have had this happen here. It took them 20minutes to realized that they gave our 4 orders to another customer, 5 minutes to take the initiative and start all over and another 10 minutes to serve the half of the order and when we decided to cancel and ask for refund then they start accelerating but it was to late we were already uncomfortable with the situation. On top of that to confirm my conclusion, one of the employers hand me over a wrong order and when a told him thats what exactly happened with my order he walk away ashamed. 7:55pm and the establishment was empty no rush time we were the only family at that moment. Poor management. Lack of coordination. They obviously tried to cover the failure and end it up giving us the food and a refund but that shouldn't happened if the urgency of a excellent service...
