When I say terrible, I have ever been treated as an customer... I order for they forgot some of my order, then I ask for the manager he say he would fix it, as I stand there another woman come.in to complain about her order strike 1.... I been standing and waiting for my food to be added to my order for 25 mins... Sad.. then I yell can I get the rest of my food... Then an young manager come.up ask me what the problem I tell her she walk away to go get the other manager come back and tell me that be $2.49 I say noooo I'm not paying for that I been waiting for it... So she walked away... Go to the where the other manager is and then she started working again... So I yelled is anyone going to help..at this time I'm piss I spend $30 plus tax... Soo the little young manager yell back at me..saying I need to leave the store or she going to call the police...and I say for what.. cause y'all owe me food... Soo she keep yelling at me and I I keep asking why won't the manager come up here and talk to me...does dat make sense🙄🤔no sooo as she yelling.. i yell to her clearly... No one manager in here do not know how to do there job... I want my money back.... Sooo she stop yelling and walk up and grab the bags off the counter and tell the other manager I want an refund...so now he come up ...as he supposed to give me an refund..he charges my card again😡 then an little light skin bald headed dish boy want to jump into the conversation as he started talking and making comments like he was going do anything!!!! AND AINT... The Manager I told him y'all are not professional at all..and this sad... I didn't get not 1 apologies for the mix up no apologies for over charging my card 2x...wen I walk out the store going to my car.. that dish boy is outside watching me ..I look at him waiting for him to react like he about that life and AINT ... Read moreI would give zero stars. The service is slow, rude, argumentative. Went in with my husband to order kfc meal. Paid almost 40 dollars. Waited thirty minutes still nothing, lots of others came in behind us all still waiting. I finally ask why drive thru is getting food ,watching thru windows of line moving, manager said WE GO BY WHATS ON THE SCREEN IN ORDER.... hateful. I said if that's true why am I still standing here with 8 other customers that put their orders in after me thirty minutes ago and the drive thru is still moving and leaving? I ask for a refund and the staff was rude and very argumentative like they are not doing anything to cause the situation. Others were getting refunds as I was leaving. This store needs new management or training or both. Our kfc closed and turned into just taco bell, so I drove farther to this one to get kfc.... NEVER AGAIN. When examining our food, our mashed potatoes did not have a lid resulting in one of us sticking our finger in the potatoes, leaving an indention in the potatoes. We then asked for a new ration of mashed potatoes with a lid. After we recieved the potatoes, we went to check them and saw that they were the same potatoes but with a new lid. This was outright ridiculous that they could tell us "here is a new thing of potatoes" and lie to us. On top of this, when taking our original order, the cashier proceeded to argue with us when he was the one who was incorrect. It took multiple people to take our order because the first cashier could not take anything seriously.
