Never been so disappointed in an establishment. I'm hoping y'all are having an off day and this is not the new norm for this location. I ordered a breakfast wrap and it was not made like how I was use to.
The wrap itself was soggy and fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it. It was unappealing from the cheese to the avocado so I simply called to have it remade and they did so, with no problem which I appreciate. But the second wrap was just as bad if not worse. One half barely had anything in it. The wrap itself was still very much soggy. And because I was on my way to work I attempted a bite of the half with everything it but that half was still very much cold. I’m assuming it wasn’t in the press long enough.
Im hoping you guys have new workers and they’re not properly trained yet, but whatever it is please fix the problem. This is unacceptable, especially considering how expensive Clean Juice is compared to Starbucks or something.
I’m disappointed because I know what it’s supposed to be like. I’ve ordered many from this exact location. Not sure where the guy who is usually there in the morning is. But I would hate for this to be what someone got the first time...
Read moreI've always loved my experience with Berwick Clean Juice in the past. However, honestly, I'm not happy with my experience this time. I was order #51 (at 5:03 pm) with a 24 oz So Basic - sub pineapple for banana because I'm allergic to bananas. She handed it to me and I could tell she hadn't put strawberry in it. So, I asked if there was strawberry & she apologized and put strawberry in it and re-blended it. After I left it hit me that maybe she put banana in it instead of the strawberry, because the coloring was different than usual. But I didn't want to drive back to the store for it to be remade as I waited almost 10 minutes for it to begin with. I decided instead to have my husband try it once I made it home. Sure enough, there's banana in it. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but it could have had deathly consequences for me as I'm anaphylactic. And it's a lot of money to spend on a smoothie for it not to be made with care or correctly, especially with an allergy that was explained. Read moreI came in knowing I had about ten minutes to get a juice before my Uber Arrived, when I walked in there was ZERO people in front of me. When I asked the cost difference between the sizes the girl at the front rolled her eyes. Fine no big deal, everybody has hard days. They made two juices for people that had walked in after me , at a snails pace- they were not call in orders, they ordered there and there were three people behind the counter. I let them know when I had two minutes left that I couldn’t wait anymore without losing my Uber ride so I’d just take the money back. The response was a snickering “it’s going to take me a lot longer to give you a refund then it will to just make the smoothie.” So I left without the juice and without the refund. I’m not expecting lightening speed service here. But I expect exactly 9 minutes and 28 seconds is enough time with three people working to get mine out in order before the other walk ins, it was not a complicated order. Literally a Glow juice...
