I will never again spend my money in a Starbucks. As I go to pickup my partners order I always wait to order mine cause what’s the point of nitro if you’re not drinking it as soon as it’s off the tap. So I order via the drive thru. Make it to pay. Pay for my order and retrieve my partners. Then wait for to long for nitro while cars pile up behind me are then told they don’t have anymore nitro. Given no other option or I ask for my money back. As a person who works in hospitality I personally would have made sure I left with more than my own money but that’s me that’s how I would run a business. Anyways you run out of things it happens but to have me order then drive thru, pay, pickup my pre order then tell me after a few mins you don’t have my order. It seems like their menu doesn't have everything they actually offer because we asked about smoothies and she said they had them but they don't appear on the menu.
Unfortunately, Starbucks is mostly sugary drinks, but this also means they taste good. We were looking for something with less caffeine so we got a mango drangonfruit refresher. It's made with tea, so it still has some caffeine. The flavor was really good, but it was just really sweet as expected.
