Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Carolina

It saddens me to read some of these reviews a lot of y'all gave a bad review because they were out of a product but they don't make their donuts on the spot and they can't control what the distributor has and what they don't have when they order a truck and I feel like a lot of y'all don't realize this so if somebody comes in and orders a ton of donuts and they are out of the specific one you want that's not their fault they did their job and made the money they were supposed to selling their product they had to sell with that being said

I come here almost daily and get my coffee from the Williamson Road location and I feel like the manager there is amazing and the people she trains are completely amazing it's the only Dunkin' location I can order from off the app and have my coffee made to taste the same consistently once in awhile I might get one that tastes a little off but for the most part it's always the same and I love that and I keep coming back because of that... I'm not sure how late shift is but I know I come frequently in the morning between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. and I really can't complain and I will keep coming back simply because I get the same cup of coffee every day and amazing customer service I feel like some of y'all are just overly grumpy and if you're that dissatisfied with service when you go out why not try making your own cup of coffee at home I bet you'll be dissatisfied with your own cup of...

Second update - I think they finally fixed their problems. The past few mobile orders have been back to my original experiences, so I am cautiously optimistic.

UPDATE - I think management changed, but whatever happened, this place is a complete disaster now. For the past 4 times we place our order on the app for pickup in the lobby, and the doors are locked even though it is 6:45 AM and they are supposed to be open. It seems that they are having staffing issues. I get once, maybe twice. But it is going on 3 weeks now. So each time I have to call them and get them to refund my order from the app. And the times that we did go inside, they are cold and unfriendly. I am done with Dunkin now. All locations. We will be finding another quick breakfast stop. It is such a shame because this used to be so fast and convenient.

Old, no longer valid review: Love the staff and the convenience. They even remember our order. But a huge kudos goes to the in-app ordering and execution. Our time before school is too short to stop in during the busy school rush. But we simply order from our favorites when we leave the house and it is ready as soon as we walk through the door. It's nice to be able to treat the family to a before school treat to start the day. I can honestly say that the speed and convenience of the app and the store's execution has at least quadrupled our visits. Keep up...

Seems like the poor management makes the good employees flee this location. The manager, Holly is super unpleasant. I remember about a month or so ago I visited the drive thru and was met by a super pleasant employee. I wish that I would have known her name so I could shout her out but they do not wear name tags and the person that is on the receipt isn't the person that takes your money at the register. I know this because my receipt said Holly and I know that the employee that actually helped me was NOT HOLLY!!! This place needs new management with people who actually care. The amount of times that I have went through the drive thru and asked for bagel minis only to be told that they aren't serving hot food is enough for me. Dunkin' Doughnuts used to be my go-to for coffee and breakfast items. I will settle for McDonald's before I visit this location again. They get my coffee order right and don't deny me hot breakfast. Get it together Dunkin'!!! There are too many other options here in Mooresville for you guys to be sub-par!!! As for the manager, Holly, you need to find something that you are happy doing instead of spreading your negativity to people who honestly want to patron the brand that you are supposed to protect with good...
