Firehouse Subs Monkey Junction — Restaurant in North Carolina

Great sandwiches! Everyone in my family has their own favorite "specialty sub" that we like to order whenever we feel in the mood for a good sandwich. I'm partial to the club myself, but the NY steamer is good too (as well as all the others, presumably!) It seems like its pretty easy to order online, but its just as easy in person, and only takes them a few minutes to make your whole order (depending on the amount you order, and other special instructions, etc.) One thing to note though, is that the "small" sandwich size is a joke! My mom wanted one once because she's not a very big eater. WOW is that thing small, you could probably eat it in 3 good sized bites. Even the staff asked me to make sure, but its what my mom ordered, and we had never eaten there before, so that's what we got, but it was definitely smaller than in the pictures lol. Definitely get either a medium or large, as the price differences arent all that much. Classic Firehouse Subs experience with exceptional staff!

Firehouse subs is a weak spot for me, as I love the hot, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth subs that Firehouse provides. I don't have a Firehouse in my hometown, so whenever I'm abroad, I almost always stop at a Firehouse when I see one.

I also love that Firehouse donates their profits to local fire stations. The entire company does amazing work.

I've been to many Firehouse Subs locations, but the staff here were uniquely and exceptionally caring, kind, and friendly. I wish I had gotten some names so I could give recognition, but whoever is in charge of the staffing here definitely has an eye for people skilled in customer service.

My sandwich was hot, flavorful, and very well-made. Firehouse Subs pickles are to die for.

This Firehouse Subs location is a wonderful one to stop in at. The employees are awesome, the food is delicious, the location is clean, and the atmosphere is classic Firehouse Subs....

I was impressed with this Firehouse location on my last visit (though I'm not sure I've ever been to this one before). The staff were very friendly, firstly. Secondly, they offered me a drink carrier AND a box to carry my food out. I ordered three meals, and all of that was very helpful, since I was by myself. They have a Coke Freestyle machine, so there were lots of drink options.  The food was great; I ordered a steak and cheese and it was good. I tasted some of my son's grilled cheese, and it was good, too. I was pleased with the visit, and made a point to come home a write a Google review about it.
