This particular store has gotten on my last nerve. And I hope this reaches people who can do something about this. I work a late shift, sometimes like most people I want a late night snack after work. Most any time I go there after 11pm they tell me their credit card machine is down and they are only taking cash. We all know this is bull. Obviously I dont have an inside source but I highly doubt their credit card machine is down. What I'm assuming is happening is they are closing out their machine early. Now here's what has really left a bad taste in my mouth and no it's not from the food. The other night I get off work at 1am I check Google and it shows this store is open until 2am. So I drove there and see employees outside the building. This is at 1:15am. I'm thinking great they are open. I get to the drive through and am met with silence. I call into the mike and still silence. I then call the store, no answer. Now I know people are there i saw them. They just dont want to answer me. So for those in upper management or to the franchise owner I need you to think about the profits that these employees are costing you. By closing out the credit card machine early they are losing those customers that dont want to go to an atm. It's much easier to find another place willing to take your card. BUT the fact that you have employees that are supposed to be doing their jobs until 1 or 2am and are refusing to by ignoring paying customers not only are you losing business that night, but you've lost my business for good. I work late, 1, 2 am some nights. I am expected to be working until the last moment of my scheduled shift. The fact that you have employees that are basically wasting your money by getting paid for doing nothing is costing you profits I can promise you that. Unless this store gets new management, I...
Read moreDon't go to this Taco Bell location, Monkey Junction, during the last 30 minutes (at least) if you want your food prepared/made correctly and if you want to get that you paid for!!
My husband and I got to Taco Bell in Monkey Junction 20 minutes before the store closed on 10/21/18 @12:40a.m.. There were four cars in front of us and nobody behind us. The guy taking our order in the drive thru was very polite. After we ordered it wasn't very long till we were at the second and last window. Less than 5 minutes. Here comes the unsatisfied customer part... my husband ordered 2 loaded baked potato grillers but what he actually got was a flour tortilla with a little bit of cheese and a half cup of cooked potatoes. No meat. He also ordered a beef and cheese burrito that he never received and some how a hard shell taco made it into our bag. I know the guy took our order correctly. He repeated it back to us. My 2 soft tacos were correct and fine but everything my husband had ordered to eat was messed up. And since we didn't open any tacos up in the car, we didn't find out until 25 ish minutes later (after they are already closed) when we got home and settled and ready to eat. We had no time to cook today because of exams and work so we thought taco Bell would be great option for dinner. Never had a disappointing time at this Taco Bell until tonight... And when the cooks are closing the taco they can see if there was no meat!!

Read moreI went to this location during my lunch break, only to hear an announcement that they were out of food for the next 20 minutes and would have to remake everything. Every worker there seemed as if they were under the influence of drugs, as they rudely proceeded to take 45 minutes to prepare a single customer's dish. To top it off, they missed my order or threw my ticket away, and when I asked for a refund I was, again, rudely told that the receipt I had just thrown away was necessary for a refund. The manager, along with the lackadaisical employees, had extremely unprofessional attitudes and treated all of the understandably disgruntled customers terribly under the circumstances. If corporate were to see any of this take place, the manager and so many employees would have been canned, the place would have to be shut down. Honestly, they'd be doing us all a favor. It's time for big name restaurant chains to start cracking down on these lowlifes who think that they deserve a free handout because they make minimum wage. Here's a thought, lay off the drugs and get an education. Remarkable things...
