Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in North Carolina

I usually have a great experience here, but last night, ...I'm not sure if there were some new employees or what not, but I had asked for a special request since unfortunately they dont have it on their menu at this Chick-Fil- A. I ordered through the mobile app and put clear instructions, and when I got to the window I had asked to make sure if they could accommodate my request and the girl said no at first, but then she said yes but that it would be 16$.. so like 16$ more dollars plus what I already had paid for, which made no sense to me since it was just an orange juice and ice cream mixed (frosted sunrise) instead of the lemonade.The orange juice is less than the frosted lemonade so I didnt think it would be a problem, even if I had to get charged for an orange juice and the frosted lemonade that would've been way cheaper than 16$, but that's not what I'm upset about. I'm upset because the girl had got the manager and they said they couldnt do that so I said okay well can I get a frosted key lime instead of frosted lemonade and she said to ask the lady at the second window If I could get the key lime instead,..which i did, which was greatly appreciated but come to find out when I got home they had charged me for a bottle of orange juice which I didnt even end up getting. I dont understand how they can change my order once I had already placed it. Now it's taking out extra money that I didnt even get the orange juice or what I had wanted in the first place with my meal, yet I still get charged for it?. I visited the drive-thru and placed a food order. When I reached the window, I was informed that my order had somehow been lost. I showed proof that the charge had gone through on my account, but despite this, the manager refused to fulfill my order unless I paid a second time. I requested to speak with the general manager.

While the employee relayed my request in the background, I overheard the manager say she would not come to the window and that I was holding up the line. I explained that I am a disabled veteran and asked if she could please come to the window briefly, but the request was denied.

Eventually, I called the store and spoke with the general manager. She did not introduce herself and immediately stated that the other manager had explained the situation and that I would receive a refund. When I tried to express that a refund didn’t fully resolve the issue and that I was upset about the poor treatment, being charged twice, and receiving incorrect food, she cut me off.

When I said the situation was "freaking unacceptable," she warned that if I used that kind of language again, she would disconnect the call. I clarified that I hadn't cursed and was simply expressing frustration over the multiple issues I encountered. She then ended the conversation and advised me to contact corporate if I had...

Every time I get a chance to go to Denver, I always stop for breakfast at Chick-fil-A. This particular location has hands down the best chicken minis. They are so good, I feel like somebody specifically filters and smaller nuggets and only uses the biggest and best chicken nuggets for the Minis. The yeast roll in the minis is always so soft, the biscuits are always fresh and hot. And the staff is always so nice and they keep the location so clean. So why not five stars? They have one Achilles’ heel, Their potato products. Nearly every time I go in the mornings, I’ve had a bad experience with the hash browns. Always tasting like theyve been frying in old oil, with a bad aftertaste at the end. I’ve gotten to the point where I no longer order hashbrowns with my breakfast. Just because the breakfast is so delicious and the bad hashbrowns would ruin it. I’ve also had problems with their french fries during lunch and dinner. The fries taste fine, however they have been way too salty. I kid you not, the last time I had Fries there, they were grossly over salted. Yet the chicken was delicious as usual. Overall, I recommend the store look into it’s hashbrowns and fries a little closer. That’s the only thing holding them back from being...
