The manager isn't very professional but the food is good. If you're looking for a fair practice job...dont look here. Manager told me he was waiting on my driver history record (which is perfect). So i waited 3 weeks waiting on a near instantaneous background check while he kept telling me it was pending. However the assistant manager and a few employees finally told me he never ran it. Being that im a JJ veteran of 4 stores whom worked regularly and left on good terms I can assure you he's not a equal opportunity guy. No turpitude to be clear, concise, or honest. That is a tenant of below average leadership.
Lastly they delivered to me twice at the Kings Inn and then the 3rd time I called told me that the hotel was always outside the delivery area... less than 3 miles away. Ridiculous...thia is a small town not a major city. Homes and people are spread out. A 2 mile delivery radius makes no sense. I biked farther than that in Atlanta as a JJ...

Shirley the manager responds to me and say she wonāt give me a refund because the driver is on the road handing out orders. I stay 5 mins down the road and itās been almost 45 mins at this point and still havenāt received anything. Shirley is adamant about not giving me my money back and tells me to just wait. I say that Iāve never had a problem before requesting a refund especially when I didnāt receive any food. Shirley tells me again she wonāt give me my money back and tells me just to wait and condescendingly tells me sheāll just give me a credit instead. I am fuming avoid this place...

For being less than 2 miles away, deliveries are taking over 40 minutes from the time of the order placement. When I called to address this (after the second repeated occurrence of this timeliness issue), the manager just said we should come to the store to get food and made excuses that in store the times are still fast. Well. If your store is offering delivery and the delivery channel is failing to meet offerability needs, then what happens inside the store isn't really relevant.
