Let me start by saying that I love Biscuitville. I've been to this particular one in Kernersville so many times. There have been times when I would give them 5 stars and times when I would give them one. Sunday morning it was raining and they were extremely busy as you can see in the photos. They were out in the rain taking orders in their little personal tents so bless them. Line moved very quickly and I was impressed until they parked me to wait for my order. Still received my order in a decent time frame. I was quite unhappy with the person that brought it to me though. She was probably in a rush granted but I felt like my bag was more or less tossed to me and she was gone even though I was trying to speak to her. My bag was overflowing and ripped down the front. I started pulling everything out to make sure I had everything and found that one of the honey chicken biscuits wasn't even wrapped all the way. Both orders of fries were all over the place and the two hash browns were on the very bottom completely soggy. So much so that the paper wrapper was stuck to them and when you tried to get them out most of it stayed with the wet paper. I got out of my car and went and asked for another bag and that seemed to annoy them. You win some and...
Read moreI ordered 4 over easy eggs. They came out over hard, so I asked for them to be re-made. 4 more eggs came out, medium hard at best, but I didn't pursue it any further because I didn't think I'd be any more successful with a third attempt.
Also, I see this in lots of places since covid (so it's not just Biscuitville), but it's really gross when employees wear those blue latex gloves and then just think they can handle anything. They go from wiping the counters, to handling money, to sweeping, to re-setting the clean trays with paper liners without ever changing their gloves. Gloves don't magically make everything clean. They give employees a false sense of security. Sure their own hands don't get dirty within the gloves, but they spread everything they touch on the outside of the gloves from one task to the next. It is much cleaner to prohibit employees from wearing gloves because then they might actually be more likely to remember to wash their hands when switching from cleaning to food...
Read moreWhile visiting Greensboro for a graduation, we decided to try Biscuitville, a fast-food spot unique to the area—and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest staff, including (what seemed to be) a manager who truly set the tone for exceptional service. Even the other customers were welcoming and kind, making for an enjoyable experience.
We couldn’t resist ordering more food than necessary once we saw the team hand-rolling fresh biscuits right in front of us. Every bite was fantastic! I especially appreciated the option for turkey sausage, which felt like a thoughtful addition for those looking for a lighter protein choice. Their vanilla latte was another standout—smooth, flavorful, and a great complement to the meal.
Biscuitville delivers on its promise of fresh, Southern comfort food with warm hospitality to match. If you’re in Greensboro, we recommend, and don’t...
