I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to do this but I have to today. I went inside the store and ordered my food on the screen rather than going to the counter. I ordered three items, Grilled cheese burrito, Chile verde fries, and the new enchilada thing they have. I changed the beef in the burrito to chicken and added sour cream, this item was around $7 by itself. The item I received was far from what I ordered. As well as the enchilada. I asked for no onion as I’m mildly allergic to onions. I’m going to start with the burrito Instead of the grilled cheese burrito with chicken and extra sour cream I got a very small chicken burrito with rice and chipotle sauce, absolutely NOT what I ordered. The nacho fries were vastly undercooked and some still frozen, The enchilada came with onions after requesting no onion and I’m glad I noticed before I ate it. I have NEVER had this level of disappointment from this location ever, before they closed they were 8/10 on food quality. Today I would say 4.7/10 and this rating factors in the customer service as well. When my name was called for me to pick up my order I asked for a large cup as that was also a part of my purchase and the lady at the counter rudely asked “What cup?” It was a very unpleasant experience and I hope it improves as this is usually one of the better Taco Bell locations in my opinion before today of course. I didn’t go back to the store to complain as I was back at my office when I noticed all the wrong placements. And really just a waste of time to complain to a manager who likely won’t do anything to change things as this is the normal for most fast food...

Between how much it cost to eat here now and how long it takes to get food I dont know how this location stays in business, all be it they are pretty much all the same. I know a lot of it has to do with the fact that they have huge turnover and everyone in there is new every time we go there,( the only consistency is the fact the no matter what time you go in there, or how many people are working, you're going to wait 20 minutes and it's going to be thrown together haphazardly) but, it seems like there is no standard anymore, it feels like going to the DMV to eat. It's the Russian roulette of fast food, and that's a sketchy market anyway. Also on a grander level taco bell keeps introducing new, actually good items and running them for ten minutes and then acting like you have dementia when you try to order them after the advertising for said product stops, and worse than that, they constantly kill off items that have been around for years.

So in short, plan on not being able to get what you want, and your still going to have to wait for what you dont want, but you order anyway because there's a line of people that you're about to get to know because you're all going to be in there until tomorrow and when you finally get your food its not going to be what you ordered, but that's ok because you didn't want that anyway, and you're for sure not getting back in line to...

We placed a delivery through doordash and i just wanted to come here to highly compliment this specific taco bell. My bf and friends ordered 3 chipotle chicken ranch burritos, a supreme soft taco, a steak quesadilla, an order of nacho fries, a cheesy gordita crunch, and like 20 sauce packets. Let me tell you this taco bell got EVERY single thing about this order correctly. did not miss one thing like every other taco bell. first time ordering from here for delivery, and they did not in the slightest disappoint. Huge thanks to the people working here. Especially so late at night you guys still do great and i know i myself would be (have been) tired and forget things but amazing job tonight. HIGHLY recommend checking this taco bell out if you’re a taco bell fan lol. especially for doordash if you live in the kville area. Perfect job, not the first thing to complain about. if y’all see this, I very much appreciate y’all and everything you do.
