Jimmy John's — Restaurant in North Carolina

I placed a delivery order online during peak lunch hour. The order was out for delivery within 2 minutes of my order. I received a call from the delivery staff 10 minutes later (12 minutes after placing the order) for clarification of my location. They were onsite at that time, but couldn't locate my suite. I was pretty pleased with that. I'm not sure how much time was spent looking for my suite before they made the call, so delivery times may be quicker when there is no confusion.

The food was accurately made and good, but not particularly impressive. Just an average sub. But I would order again.

Unfortunately, they have an unusually small delivery area, because they want to maintain their claim of crazy fast delivery times. They will not deliver to another location I requested that is 3.1 miles away. That drive takes me 6...

I Visited this Jimmy Johns location the other day as i am a vivid fan of the Franchise. I was promptly greeted as soon as i entered the door by the most alive set of crewmembers in any Jimmy Johns i have been in so far. This crew i must say was top of the line in the jimmy johns speed and quality that the brand guarantees every time!! I love how fresh every single bite of the subs I get from here are everytime. Even with the line that seemed to reach the door i was in and sitting with my food in less that 2 mins and was presented with my food before my card could even leave the chip reader, NOW THATS FREAKY FAST!! I look forward to dining in at this establishment more and more! Hands down my favorite place to get great quality food followed with great customer service! I highly recommend anyone new to the brand to come...

WORST JJ EVER! I've visited several JJ locations and this location was terrible. They barely added my requested free items to my sandwich. Let's just say when i got home i had to add additional lettuce and onions to my sandwich.Then they inform me that I could not add any toppings such as lettuce, cheese, etc to a kids sandwich. Really? So a slim/kids sub can only have meat bread and cheese? I've never had that issue at any JJ location they add any items that you request. The manager was on his phone with gloves on, and then when he went to make sandwiches he did NOT change the gloves. Disgusting! When I called back to discuss my concerns the manager was not helpful at all. Rude tone and all. I will NOT be returning to this location. If I could give this location 0 stars...
