Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

We'll Little Caesars always says hot and ready. I've been here three times. Out of the past three times I've been there I have had to wait on my pizza twice. And I usually go around 12 noon. And it's not like there are busy. Maybe at the most two other people/families there. The last time I went they had my pizza ready and I ordered a crazy bread. I saw several cups of marinara sitting on a shelf behind the cashier and figured it would go good with my bread. Well the cup of marinara that came with it was cold to the touch. Not room temperature but cold. So I went back inside and after announcing myself twice the lady finally saw me and I asked if I could have a warm cup or at least put this one in the microwave. Lady said that she couldn't and there was no warm ones. That it was against company policy and they have already gotten in trouble for putting sauce at room temperature and it has to stay in the cooler. So the sauce...that's supposed to be in the cooler...that's sitting on a shelf is not breaking company policy? Also everytime I have gone here the employees act like they hate their life. No expression on the face at all. Just hurry up and get out of here. Typically it is hit or miss at this place, but tonight it was pretty bad. I ordered deep dish pizza asking for one side of pizza to have sausage and the rest of the pizza having onions and pineapple over it. Plus an order of the new cheese puffs and crazy bread. Well once I got the food the deep dish had sausage all over the pizza. The crazy bread was hard as a rock and the puffs weren’t the correct ones. So I took it back in there and asked for them to remake it. When talking with one of the employees you could tell they did not want to fix it. So he took the food back and started remaking it. While waiting the staff was eating the pizza they messed up and I don’t generally care at least the food was getting eaten, but do it privately not when making peoples food with food in your mouth. Once I got my remake food I checked it and seemed correct. Got home and took a bite the pizza was completely raw in the middle and the puffs were cold. After inspecting it more the pizza was barely cooked. I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews but between the food and staff just screwing around I felt like it deserves a review. I was reading the reviews and I currently work at little ceasers 😄 I am a cashier who also works to make and box the pizzas as well. One of the reviews I don't appreciate at all for using my name Alexis p. Saying I'm obnoxious and rude and I throw food. I'm sorry but that's not me. It may have said my name on the receipt but others use my register when I'm busy getting pizza or making pizza and unable to attend to the people coming in. I am very good at my job to the point they wanted to promote me to manager and I am nice to all my costumers and I've never thrown food at anyone. I always apologize for any wait any customer does before giving them their order. So please dont put my name as a bad report without knowing for sure it was me or not when I work my hardest to keep my customers happy the best I can.
