This is most def one of the top 5 mcdonalds in size i have ever seen, but considering its location and traffic, i could see why they had to accommodate..not only for non stop drive thrue customers but a little steady flow of walk ins and the crew to handle the onslaught of continuous orders.
Customer service is the best from my personal experiences, but also from my observation on how they handle the excessive drive-through orders very organized, they still keep their corporate standard of x amount of time per order. Very friendly, they also excersized suggestive selling techniques, which doesn't happen often... nothing like hearing the words "would you like fries with that?".. on point love it from a managers perspective.
Food quality considering how fast they are moving is great quality of taste even better plus it seemed fresh and juicy always tastes better when its fresh off the grill as apposed to sitting in the heater trays that dries them out...this should be consistant at this location because they have to keep making more as the orders come barreling through.
The atmosphere is flawless from the hassle and bustle of the employees to the lack of better words not hearing a single complaint from any customers abd I've been sitting here for a couple hours usually you will hear 3 to 4 so they make sure there orders are made to order. The design and architecture of this mcdonalds i really liked it alot very modern i couldn't resist taking a bunch of photos.
Extra kudos for the prestine well kept restroom i hardly ever take photos of restrooms so when i past one... they take care of it and it looks good.
Kudos to the management and to its well trained crew. I would highly recommend corporate to come by and evaluate this location because this locations srategy of operation and scheduling of employees song with the training that they had could tramaticly be used for other corporate and franchisee locations to adopt. I garantee sales will sky rocket with its effectiveness employees will be less stressed and customers will come back being for more with less coming back with..."you need to fix this order"

I ordered a McGriddle just egg and cheese no meat, she read it back correctly, I drive off (usually I check) and I bite into a McGriddle with ham on it. I haven’t ate pork in 20 years. I instantly started vomiting at red light it was awful. I instantly called I was very nice, and the manager or whoever he was, was horrible on the phone, he told me he would make another -I said I’m sorry I don’t want another after that I’d just like a refund and of course he said in a very rude way “people make mistakes so if you want another you can come get one with your receipt”. I asked was there anything else that could be done besides a remake of what just made me sick he told me no. HORRIBLE customer service. His tone was just extremely condescending and didn’t care one bit not once did he even apologize for the mistake. I know sometimes people make mistakes but this McDonald’s seems to ALWAYS make mistakes. Not sure if this man was new or not but I usually go a few mornings a week and get the same thing and I had never seen him before. I understand mistakes happen and usually I never complain I just forget about it and eventually still go back but things like this will definitely make you never want to go back. Read moreI went through the drive-thru and was told at the window it would be about another minute, so pull all the way around to the front. 20 minutes later I went inside. I waited another 5 minutes before a woman came to address me about them being "out of smoothies". I knew they were not out of smoothies. As I was waiting there another 10 minutes, another guy came in and said they ordered a large smoothie and got a small. The employee he talked to made him another smoothie right away. I told this employee about the other employee telling me they were out of smoothies so he proceeded to make me one and give me my food. When I checked the contents in the car, there were missing items so I returned. I waited another 5 minutes before the same employee addressed me and got me my missing items. During all this time waiting there were other people coming in complaining about their orders being wrong, about the long wait and expressing concern that they were forgotten. The parking lot was also full of people sitting in their cars waiting for food when I finally left. The people working their had no sense of urgency and didnt show any interest in customer satisfaction.
