McDonald's — Restaurant in North Carolina

The burgers were hot and fresh. That being said I asked for hot fries, salt, and catch up. We were asked to pull forward and wait for the burgers. When the bag was brought out to the car and we asked to about the salt and ketchup she stated "she didn't know she was only told to bring it to the car!" She walked back into the restaurant and didn't come back. After looking in the bag, we discovered that there wasn't ketchup and salt in the bag. Nor napkins or straws! So after going through the drive through we had to go in the restaurant to complete our meal. I found the salt, the straws, and the napkins, but there wasn't any ketchup packets on the bar, just the cups and the ketchup dispenser. So, I walked to the registers to ask for ketchup. I stood there waiting while they chit chatted away!! I couldn't believe it! I stood there patiently waiting, I figured it would just be another second or two, surely! And I waited! Really!! Then I wanted to see how long it would take for them to notice! And I waited! Then I got mad and realised that my food was outside and probably getting cold if it was warm!! So I said in a very loud and very rude voice "is anyone working today?" They turned and looked at me and asked "what do you want?" I replied "ketchup! Like I asked from the drive through line!" I was tossed 2 packets. I asked for more. I was tossed 2 more. I was angry, so I turned to leave, but I turned around one last time, and counted the number of employees working behind the registers. There were NINE employees standing there chit chatting away! And, they were still there as if I was gone already still in there more important conversations!! I got back in the car and my husband said that it was a good thing I was in the restaurant for so long because the fries were never hot like we asked, he knew I would been really angry if I had to fight TWO battles in there! I looked at the clock and looked at the receipt, I had been in the restaurant for SEVEN MINUTES waiting on the staff for FOR PACKETS OF KETCHUP!!! I hate it when we are out on Sunday and Chic-Fil-A is closed!!!..... review was...

Super disappointed in the customer service or complete lack there of at this establishment. I ordered 2 combos and a happy meal and after the 10 mile drive home I discovered there was no burger in the happy meal. Upon returning to the drive thru and explaining the situation I asked if I could please have 2 McFlurries for the extreme inconvenience and was told that they could not do that. So I then asked for a manager and the lady immediately said oh she can give you one McFlurry. I said that was fine and paid for the other because how am I only going to take one McFlurry home to 2 kids?! I just think the manger needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. I understand we are humans and mistakes happen. When it does happen it's your job as a manager to make it right. I shouldn't even have had to ask for a McFlurry, something should have been offered due to the inconvenience. Mind you by the time I got back home my entire meal was cold but you can't even offer anything for the inconvenience?! On a side note the young man who brought the McFlurries out to me apologized and said if it was up to him he'd have given me both of them for free. Maybe this young man needs a promotion and the manager could certainly learn about customer...

Sorry McDoodles i have to change my original favorable opinion of this location because i have seen a major deterioration in food quality.

I use to think mcdonalds was at the top of the food chain but I have seen this Denver McDonald's evolve into the local armpit of fast food outlets when compared to nearby COOKOUT BURGER KING & WENDYs

In MY Opionion, This location Specializes in: Fast Food Served So Fast ITS NOT EVEN HOT

HERE IS A PICTURE 12/17/18 of their double cheese burger served COLD. Take note of the freshly assembled made to order burger (no ketchup) that was served tooooo fast & tooooo cold to melt the nice square edges of the cheese.

the McDonald's Executive in charge of their HOT Coffee needs his responsibilities expanded; if the McDs executives in charge of sandwiches & fries continue to find serving pre-made burger components sitting in WARMING TRAYS & waiting to be assembled a McAcceptability.

1/6/19 i've stopped a couple more times since the post above & I don't think Hot Hamburgers are an option here (unless you order the QP's & D-QP's w/cheese & HERE there are no predictably HOT expectations on those either)
