Iâm not from the area so I wanted to try the sweet tea the two older females at the register was very rude, one of them told me I had to pay in order to taste the tea which I said thatâs fine and I proceed to purchase the drink and I left and sipped the drink and it gave me a a metal after taste like the container was not properly clean. So I returned the drink and asked if I could replace it and the other lady walks up and says âhow do you walk in a place and ask .. â i said I didnât like it so I would like something different I didnât like the taste She grabbed the cup and squeezed it and got tea over my hand slam the drink out the cup and chug a cup full of ice in my cup and as I ignored their ignorance I told them to have a good day and the lady that snatched the cup out my hand continued to speak under her breath as I walked out
I spent 3.06 for a drink that was no good I deserve a new drink I spent my money for a good product and if you donât produce that then donât sell it.
This will be on yelp as well Thank you again Ladyâs for your poor performance as cashiers and I pray my kindness help you along the way. Because this would had went totally...
Read moreWe decided to stop into the Everest Grill on our way through Denver based on all the great reveiws. Over-all experience? Meh.. nothing extraordinary. Food? The Everest Burger was okay and Reuben was definitely not the best I've ever had, just average, despite the Grill's claim its the best Reuben in the world. IMHO, an Arby's Reuben is much better than Everest's. The Onion Rings were actually pretty good and we ate em' all. $2.69 for Iced Tea seemed expensive to me, but everything these days is crazy expensive. Service? Average again. The only issue was the cashier ripped a take-out packet containing a knife, fork and napkin out of the Mrs. hand because we accidentally grabbed the wrong set of dining utensils...her actions were kinda rude. As a military retiree, I greatly appreciated the 10% discount that was offered. Thank you! Will we return? Probably not. The Everest offers nothing special in terms of food or service that can't be found elsewhere. A solid three (3)...
Read moreDecided to try this place as it had good reviews. Our experience was terrible. Burgers were nothing but a frozen patty. I needed a knife to cut mine so I went to the counter. Waited for several minutes and no one came. I walked over to the window as I saw some plastic silverware there. I picked up two little bags with fork, knife, and napkin in them and headed back to table. A lady screamed out at me that I wasnât supposed to go to that window as it was for takeout and that they were supposed to bring anything we needed to us. She was LOUD and it humiliated me. I told her no one had offered to bring anything! She got me a knife but she was still very intimidating. Then I decided I needed more mustard to try to get some flavor on that burger. I was nervous but walked back to counter and she saw me walk up. I told her I needed mustard and she goes back to the window that she had told me NOT to go to and got the mustard! We...
