The girls working were super sweet but I don’t understand why they do the ticket system… seems doing it the normal way would be much faster. And I waited over an hour for my Crunchwrap thingy and there was no queso & barely any steak on it & it was super sloppy and burnt :( they definitely need to figure something out because the current system isn’t efficient for the employees or the customers. People kept ditching their tickets without saying anything so a bunch of food was wasted & made the wait longer for everybody else. They would put the new ones on top and then when they would get a new ticket they would pull the one on top, so the oldest orders weren't getting made. Workers were also pretty slow at making food. I love the queso, guacamole & pineapple salsa but they need to work on those chips. They're WAY too oily, I picked 3 chips that wasn't so translucent because of the oil. I got the chicken quesadilla and the guy burned the chicken on the grill and gave me the burnt ends and crumbs of the chicken and grill. So, essentially I had a burnt grill quesadilla.
