Unprofessional young teenagers who give you different prices based on who's working the drive thru. In the past three weeks, l've gotten three different prices for my small chocolate gladiator smoothie with banana and strawberry and peanut butter with a shot of energy. I've been patronizing this smoothie king for the past three years or longer without a problem as l live 3 minutes away. I noticed the teenage kids are very unprofessional and one in particular, a middle eastern teenage boy will come on the speaker speaking in a strong (fake) middle eastern accent while the rest of the coworkers are in the back laughing. I had to repeat my order back to him and he told me in his fake accent "I'm not stupid, I heard you, don't talk to me like that". I got the window and of course he got my order wrong, it had no peanut butter or banana, but my receipt said it included the peanut butter and banana, but he along with the others playing around for my order wrong, this was 2 weeks ago and l paid $9.24 for my small chocolate gladiator w/ strawberry and banana, peanut w/ a shot of energy. I went back that same week w/ my mother and ordered the same thing, they got my order right and still paid again $9.24. Last week I went twice and noticed for the same exact smoothie, I only paid $8.53 as well as the two times, this past Tuesday and Thursday when I went. When I went Thursday, the same middle eastern teen took my order at the speaker and when I pulled up to the window was very unprofessional with me while I had my eight year old son in the back seat. He was saying "Dang, you look good girl. Uh oh, let me find out you out here trying to look good!" He didn't have his same fake accent he had just two weeks before. I'm a grown 38 year old woman with a son. I didn't appreciate being talked to like that. I went yesterday, Saturday, May 25,2024 after my gym workout to get my same smoothie and they told me it was gonna be $10 something!! I asked them how could that be? I was just there Thursday and Tuesday and paid $8.53. They said their prices went up Tuesday. I told them No the hell they didn't because I was just there Thursday evening and didn't pay $10 anything for my chocolate gladiator smoothie with banana and strawberry with peanut butter with a shot of energy. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said the manager wasn't there and if they were there they would tell me the same thing. So you're telling me the manager would lie to me? Then some teenage guy told me pull forward and tried to get me told. It seems like whoever is working the drive thru on any given day and or any given week can give you a random price for your smoothie. I definitely will be taking my complaint further with this. It's bad enough they have little kids running the show in there joking around with your food, you don't know what they can be doing to your drink. I definitely will not be going back to this child run operation ever again where whatever child is working at the window can tell you whatever price they want to. I don't have my receipts, but I have my bank statements where it shows I paid no more than $8.53 for my smoothie the past 2 weeks and $9.24 three weeks ago and my Google maps show what time I arrived and left this location the past three weeks.    Read moreIâll start by saying Iâm a huge Smoothie King fan. I go almost every day for a Strawberry Gladiator with banana and peanut butter. This location misses 65% of the time. Either itâs too watery or there are ice chunks still in the mix which makes it impossible to drink. Today (11/02/22) was my least pleasant experience so far. I pull up to the drive-thru speaker, place my order and proceed sit in front of the window for 3-4 minutes without anyone coming to my service. Once they do, they tell me theyâre cash only. I was upset about this but I understand technology messes up. I left, went and got cash and returned. Upon returning, I get my smoothie and cannot even drink it because it wasnât blended enough. It was full of ice chunks. Very upsetting experience today.

   Read moreUpdated review below! 1st review: I'm so disappointed in the inconsistency of how the bowls and smoothies are made. Smoothies still have powder residue at times. I try to understand about the ridiculously high cost of $13 for a bowl, but when you get a good amount you can overlook it. However, when your bowl only has the height of 1/2 a tablespoon, we have an issue. There was no need for a dome lid because none of the toppings remotely reached the brim of the bowl. The inconsistency is really becoming a problem. Some are made well but others seem like they are just the last bit from the bottom of the acai container they are trying to get rid of when they don't want to open a new container. It stinks because I love the product. Just have to up the game with quality and quantity assurance.
Update: Cain (the manager) resolved my issue. He was very gracious and understood where I was coming from and why I was disappointed. He took accountability for his store and made it right.
